Worst appliance company in Austin
My home warranty company selected this company to repair my dishwasher and stove. They came out and took my co pay, and that is the last I have heard from them. They wont answer the phone or return messages.
Even the warranty company cant get them to respond. They are without a doubt the worst appliance company in the Austin area. Their website shows that they office out of their house. Never have I been so disappointed in a contractor. If I had the power to close them down to save others from the same frustration I have faced, I would do it tomorrow.
Dont waste your time or effort on these s---heads.

DO NOT use Preferred AC & Appliance
My home warranty company referred me to this vendor to fix a stove in an investment property. I have never experienced this level of incompetence or terrible customer service.
They had a technician come take a look at a stove in need of repair and it is now over a week since this whole debacle started and the stove is actually in worse shape since they have been over twice to "fix" it.
After numerous no shows, unreturned phone calls and an utter disrespect for me and my time I am so done with these people and the way they do business. The resolution is that I have to buy a new stove, plus they kept over $100 in parts that I purchased.
