Worst customer service ever. My elliptical is under warranty and Precor refused to repair my elliptical . My Precor Elliptical stopped to work more than seven months ago and I keep contacting Precor customer service 1-2 times a month, and each time they keep telling me they did not receive the part and I have to wait and wait for another one or two week.

I also find their customer service to be subpar at best, with tech support reps not understanding how the machines work and not at all caring about customer satisfaction, despite the small fortune you pay for their equipment.
