Original review Oct 25, 2024

This company is horrible. They say there is no charge, and then tell you a week later they are out of network and charge you so much for their service.

The doctor should stop using them. What a joke. People are already struggling to survive and this company is horrible. Tell your doctor no and don't use their equipment.

You will be charged way too much. I highly recommend that you do not use this service. If I could give it negative stars, I would.

Negative 100. Never.

  • - The monitoring company billed $525.
  • - The monitor was returned, but the charge would still apply.
  • - I refused to pay and said a choice was needed.

My doctor wanted me to wear a heart monitor for a month. I got the monitor on Friday.

On Monday the monitoring company called me to tell me there would be a $525 charge. I told them I would return it because I already have enough doctor bills. When I dropped it back off at the doctors office the receptionist told me the company was going to charge me anyway. Thats not fair!!!!

I should have been given a choice!!!

I refused to pay them. But us people who work and pay our bills cant afford to have our credit ruined by a thief!!
