Timeline of events:

1. 2/19/24 spoke with dispatch and eventually Isaac the owner.

He told me that he wasnt going to send a truck here unless it was full, and that this is my fault for moving to Canada (I moved to northern MI.) He said I didnt even move to a good city like Detroit. I told him my paper work says the agreed delivery date is 2/17/24. I am sleeping on a mattress on a floor. He told me I would be ok.

That he had 21 day to legally deliver my stuff. I got very upset. After this I began to communicate with the broker, Tony since he acted more professional and less crass.

2. I was supposed to receive my belongings 2/17/24.

3.

2/23/24 they showed up with no warning on a Friday evening at 8 pm and demanded I meet them at my rental house. 2 men stood in my home and demanded $1400 cash. I was told when the move was booked I would be able to use my credit card. I obviously didnt have $1400 cash in my pocket on a Friday night.

For some ODD reason it was flagged as fraud. When my bank called me they asked if I was in a dangerous situation. Im sure this is on record. The transaction wouldnt go through.

Someone loaned me the cash and the next day they came back and delivered some of my things. Everything they moved (all of my furniture, totes, etc.) were destroyed or damaged. My dressers were all scratched, my couch was ripped. They did damage to the hard wood floors and white carpets in the rental home that I have to now pay to have fixed.

I told them they were missing my adjustable bed frame ($1500), TV ($700), 2 cat condos ($400), Full set of silverware ($300), Cuisinart knives ($150). On 3/21/24 they say they are coming to deliver the missing items. They delivered 1 tote and my smashed TV. The rest is still missing!

The TV wasnt even strapped down in the box truck. These people are irresponsible and criminals. If you look at their website reviews, theyve done the same thing to hundreds of people. The company is running a fraudulent operation and I have reported them to the BBB and the USDOT.

4.

3/26/24 precise calls me and tells me theyre going after me for blackmail and slander due to my reviews. She goes through the claims process with me after I tell her the claims process basically requires me to provide links for weight for items I no longer have or that were in my family for generations. She offers to do it online and begins to explain that I dont get any money back for the items inside the boxes but rather the weight for the boxes if they are full. I explained that doesnt make sense because the weight would depend on the items in the box.

She tells me I should have opted for the better insurance. I tell her I want at least $1600 back. She says she will talk to Isaac and get back to me.

5. 4/3/24 She called today and asked if I was refusing the claims process.

I said what? I never said that. You went over it with me and told me that I would only get back $300-400 and you would see if Isaac would be willing to give back more or replace the tv. I said I want $1600 and I will eat the other $1400.

Remember? She says oh ya. Then said they would give me $600 back. I say thats not enough.

I am missing a $1500 adjustable frame. She says I know those are nice I have one too. I say well, I have C3-C7 fused in my neck, I dont have it because its nice. I have it because I dont have a choice.

I now have to replace it and Im still paying off the one they lost. She asks me why I didnt buy the better insurance. I tell her its because I trusted her company and asked why I cant trust them to move my things from one place to another. That I have seen their reviews and its pretty obvious they are running a fraudulent operation and that is why I reported them to the DOT and BBB.

6.

I reported them as fraud to the CC company and hd the charge reversed. A month later they reversed the reversal. Avoid this company at all costs. I am fairly certain the owner and his wife are thieves and scam artists.

Look at all the bad reviews!

They are doing something with the valuables they accidentally dont deliver. Selling them on eBay maybe?
