Do not do business with Precious Memories Network - they are dishonest and unethical
We signed up for over $9,000. We tried using it but "agents" couldn't get us a condo/hotel room that had more than a two star rating AND there was no discount. We then tried to get our money back from this dishonest company. First, we had an address and phone # in AZ but found out it was a small house. We then sent a letter to the AZ Attorney General and got no resolution. Then we found an address in Asheville, NC. We sent a letter to that address and it was returned unopened. I guess we're out our money and, I'm sure, a lot of other people are as well. I wish we had an advocate to go to bat for all of us but there isn't.

Rip off
We were guaranteed they would sell our timeshare in Las Vegas in 6-9 months or we would get our money back. It has been 17 months and guess what no sale and no refund. Just have to admit we were taken and lost the money. Do not believe anything they say. Sal R. Who guaranteed the refund is of course no longer with the company.

Not one location we wanted has been available in 7 attempts to use this "club" in 3 years. Notice they have no Facebook or Twitter page? No way to cancel unless you call them - and stay on hold for 70+ minutes. DO NOT JOIN! YOU *WILL* GET BURNED.

Very Unhappy ......threw away $$$$$
They promise to be able to provide you with vacation locations all over the world at discounted rates. With big savings. What they don't tell you is it is only certain locations and only when they have openings. It's not at your convience at all. You have to go to a place your weren't really planning on going to at a time when your really not planning on going. And sometimes it is not even a discount. Now they are calling for renewal fees and we keep getting different stories.

What a joke...
Spent a lot of money, never had a location we were going to at the right time. Now they want more money for yearly dues for something we have never used. Makes us sick every time we think about the money we threw away. Don't fall for this.

How to sell my membership?
We purchased a membership tp precious memories last year and haven't used it due to the lack of savings promised to us. My husband and I feel duped into buying this membership. I asked about selling explaining to the customers service person and they told me they don't sell or buy there own product. I was told to sell it using ebay, facebook or criagslist! I need help to get rid of this and try and recoup some of are money back. If anyone has any ideas please help. thank you.

Terrible Company - False Sales Information
We own our own business and travel at least 2-3 weeks a month. While in our presentation, we were told (and have it in our notes) that we could rent cars for $9 a day. Well, we were paying on average $35 per day, and we estimated an immediate savings of about $300 per month. If we used any of the other services, our payback from the car rental savings would almost pay for the membership in two years. Any future savings would be a big bonus for our business. Immediately after trying to book cars with them, we found out that was no savings. The same is true of airfares, although they did admit at the presentation that would be the case. As far as savings on resorts, yeah, they can do that but they can't on hotels. So, after 6 months of trying to make it work and fighting with them about the "contract" vs the presentation, we decided to sell the membership. They had us reach out to VSI to put it up for sale. We were told that as a premium package that we owned, it would sell quickly. Well, here we are almost a year later and no offers at all...even at a 40% discount. Both Precious Memories and VSI are virtually useless (not to mention our annual renewal fee of $299 just came up.) Stay away...you're better off finding deals online and saving the membership fees. And, by the way, they charged me twice for the annual fee, so I had to call them to remove on of them. I hoping that goes well!?

Not as presented at sales pitch
We were told we could save so much, not true. We were told they would sell our membership for us if we were not happy, not true you must sell it your self. We wanted to not pay renewal and just quit but were told it was a breach of contract and it would not be pretty. It is so wierd there are so few complaints documented on web sites, PM must have a way of erasing them. I am going to file a BBB complaint.

They are liars and totally misrepresent their vacation savings.
We attended the Precious Memories Network presentation. Now we know why the speaker asked everyone to put away their phones, because they do not want you recording what they show you verses what the REAL savings are. In the presentation, they said we would be able to purchase vacations, hotels, cruises, through the program at wholesale prices. They stated that priceline, travelocity, and other travel sites purchased their vacations through them. They show you trips with thousands of dollar savings, based on a 2 person overseas trip. We figured with these savings it would only take about 3-4 trips and it would have paid for itself. After waiting almost 2 weeks for our login, figures they only give you 3 days to cancel for a refund! Once we received our login my wife and I started setting up some trips we have been dreaming about. After setting up a cruise there was a savings of only $50.00 per person! We called and spoke with Anthony Bechelli (Manager), he said the savings are not on their website, we had to talk to a travel agent to get the savings. We called an agent and set up an overseas cruise for our family of 15. We figured there should be huge savings with 15 people. With 15 people, roughly $2,000 per person, our savings was only $200 per person. Which the savings is totally wiped out by the cancellation insurance policies they made available, which cost much more than the cancellation insurance policies that we could get through other channels such as AAA or AARP. When we tried to contact customer service on numerous occasions, they are closed and can only leave a message. Last time we called their message said they are closed for a week for training. We finally spoke with a manager on July 20th, 2018, they started yelling at us telling us those examples in the presentation were just examples. She then hung up the phone and haven’t had a return call yet. DO NOT believe this company! They are liars and totally misrepresent their vacation savings. They give you only 3 days for a refund but don’t give you access to website for 2 weeks! They are scam artists! We are filing a complaint with the BBB and Tom Martino immediately! I have sent a certified return receipt to company and they rejected it and would not reply. BBB can not get ahold of them either. Weeks of leaving phone messages and NO return call.

Go to your state's main website and find the consumer protection agency and file a complaint with them. It is usually under the Attorney General's portion of the website.
Or, in addition file a complaint with the AG itself.
They may have other consumer complaints on file, etc. You odds of getting any of your money back are probably rather slim.
