one bulb is ok, the second flood light bulb is cracked in 3 places and not working.

No customer service even when I was sold an out of stock product
- - PrairieGrit won't help in disputes.
- - The seller sent the wrong item and did not refund; refund arrived after 10+ emails and BBB.
PrairieGrit says they are just a marketplace. They will not help the customer in a dispute.
I ordered a product from a seller - Warehouse Wonders. They sent me the wrong product. Then they said they did not have the product that they listed. Then they said they'd refund my money when I mailed the incorrect product back.
They did not. Then they said I'd need to wait til the product arrived and they inspected it. What?!?! I didn't open the product - They sent me the wrong thing.
PrairieGrit was no help.
Finally got a refund after 10+ emails and contacting the BBB. Use a place where there is some sort of customer protection.

They replied to my email communication, edited the order, refunded the difference. Just waiting for the oder to arrive.
I haven't heard anything yet. The phone call didn't have a real person available, and the message box was full and not accepting any messages. Good luck.

Whenever I contact Prairie Grit, I am answered within 24 hours, if they don't have what I'm looking for at the time, they contact me when they think they have something I will be interested in. Always Quality products at a great price, the staff goes out of their way for great customer service. I will always go there before anywhere else.

If I received the items I would be able to rate it or if I was able to reach anyone at any one of the multiple numbers that would be great. Not worth the savings.
Zero customer service, probably a shell company. Call CC company now to get my money back. If I receive the material, then I will pay them, that's if someone answers the phone.

Try to find out for my delivery due date of product. Called voicemail was full unable to leave voicemail message. .
Still dont know when Im going to get my product that I ordered because nobody answers the phone let alone clear out a voicemail to leave a message and Im sure probably not going to call back either
