Resolved: Horrible return service for a company that does a fair amount of mail order.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Apologized And waived the fee for the return.
The company should have a phone number for returns because the online system for a return is not working for me. The company does not send me a verification code, etc..
I filled out a form two weeks ago no response and no ability now to return an item that is in perfect condition.
Never tried on because I ordered two sizes and the first one I tried on fit. I am a long-term customer of this company, but I will no longer be ordering via the mail.
