Without warning, they will suspend spending on your account because you have surpassed a daily limit that they seemingly impose on customers who have 'spent too much'. That's right! You needn't decide when to stop spending your own money. They will decide for you!

Get ready to enjoy having your card rejected at any number of businesses despite having literally thousands of dollars on hand for your transaction. Do you enjoy being humiliated when out with clients? Is it fun for you to have your personal credibility questioned because your bank is inept? Prairie State Bank & Trust is for you! Just leave it to them and, before you know it, you'll be stranded in some random state after the hotel you booked can't process your card. Enjoy sleeping in your car despite having plenty of money in your account to cover booking an entire floor of that hotel! Hope it's not cold outside!

Oh, and should you encounter a customer service representative, get ready for another fun ride! After all, this is YOUR fault. Don't forget that. Prairie State Bank & Trust is the absolute epitome of some small-town bank run by a Boss Hog type of character. This is one instance where supporting one of the 'little guys' will bite you in the *** Numerous times. These idiots can't balance a check-book much less run an entire bank.

In all seriousness, this whole organization needs to be cleaned out from the top down. Fire the President/CEO and move down the chain from there. I mean, what kind of bank in 2022 doesn't have customer service available on weekends? That alone is reason for you to avoid them. And, to top it all off, they're rude, their tellers are ugly and the branch manager I spoke with reeked of booze and slurred their words. So, there you go.
