Prairie Florist - Beware Andras Szieberth horse trainer Prairie Pines Farm

One of Andras' ex fiances rode my stallion in a show without my permission. He later stole this stallion through fraudulent means and the horse is now at her farm in Georgia. Andras has stolen tack and an embryo from my Premium Holsteiner mare.

He also used her for lessons with inexperienced amateurs without my knowledge or consent.

She is no longer safe to ride as a result.

Andras Szieberth is a *** man and I warn anyone that the casualty of doing business with him is injured horses, verbal abuse, insults, and in this case hundreds of thousands in debt.

There are better options than doing business with Prairie Pines Sporthorses in Wellborn, FL.

I've been quiet for way too long. Like many victims, I was embarrassed that I was cheated.

To make it worse, I got my husband and his love of me involved and he lost money to the tune of thousands. Andras believes reaching a financial agreement (which he didn't fulfill) absolves him of criminal liability for cheating. It doesn't.

I'm a prudent, educated woman with lifelong horse experience. If Andras will rob me then he'll do the same to someone else.

Beware.

I'm willing to let my losses go with this warning but I will pursue what legal remedies I have should Mr. Szieberth or his co-horts continue threats and attacks.

BTW - the best/only way to get any kind of response from these people is by going to the facebook page for canaflora. Read the other comments before you do, though, and you will see what the problem is.

They eventually did refund the money, but not until I raised ***. I would still tell everyone to avoid this florist!!!

The funny part is their email address is wecare@***.ca and on their web page it says "OUR FLORAL PRODUCTION FACILITIES LOCATED IN SASKATCHEWAN, SK FROM WHERE WE DELIVER FLOWERS TO ALL RECIPIENTS IN SASKATCHEWAN, SK REGION (SASCATOON, REGINA ETC)"

Apparently they LIE!!!!

Original review Feb 21, 2013

I tried to order flowers for my grandson and his mom after her dad passed away. They live in a small town in Saskatchewan, Canada, so it's VERY difficult to find someone to deliver flowers there. I finally found Prairie Florist (https://www.prairieflorist.ca/), and since they are based out of Saskatchewan, I thought - great, they can deliver. I even spoke with one of their Customer Service Agents, who assured me that there would be "no problem" delivering (after I gave her the postal code).

Well, apparently that postal code is "out of their delivery area", or so they told me 2 days later. I'm not sure if it's actually "out of their area" or the fact that it was snowing (in Canada in the winter - imagine that) that stopped them from delivering, but either way, we got a call late in the evening on the day the flowers were to be delivered that they had cancelled the order.

So much for asking ahead of time......now let's see if they reimburse the cost....they had better.....
