Prairie Band Casino And Resort - Casino Game Review
- - I am a regular for years and lose big every visit.
- - No denomination of machines lets me play long, so I am done.
Been coming to casino at least onve a month for several years. Each and everytime i come i lose big.
Doesnt matter what denomination of machines i play none of them will even let me play for any length of time. This casino is money in money gone. A lot of people that i know from Abilene, KS go to Mulvane,KS or to Kansas City.
I think I am done with this casino. Have taken a *** kicking there for as long as i care to.
Prairie Band Casino Steps over the Line
- - Prairie Band Buffet removed comps, no play cash, no buffets, and no rooms; long lower-tier line waited while upper-tier customers were served first.
I'll skip all the other stuff that is common with almost all Casino's. You know, Price of Dining and quality of food, machines that serve better as piggy banks, smoke fill play area, poorly compted and bad management.
My comment/review is about my last experience at Prairie Band Buffet.
Although they had removed all my comps, no play cash, no buffets and no rooms I still visited and lined up at the long buffet line, the lower tier card holder side, even though this time I was a cash customer. There were probably 40 people ahead of me in this line. There was the upper tier card holders line that only had about 15 people in the line. As I got closer I noticed the cashier was taking people from the upper tier line and putting them ahead of all of us that had been waiting for a long time in the lower tier line.
Never have I seen even the worst Casino do this. A total outrageous act that demonstrates the mentality of the management. Many people were outraged and complaining about this slap in the face to those that are either to wise to throw money away or just can't afford to. I for one feel that if I'm paying cash, no one should be put in line ahead of me.
Call it what you want but it's simple line cutting anyway you shape it and that has never be accepted by civilized people. hence the word savage?
- Rudeness
Preferred solution: Removal of line cutting policy for upper tier card holders, losser machines for all tier card holders, better comps lower tier card holders.
