Terrible
Complaint file Nov. 29, 2017 it is today January 25, 2019 nothing has been done.
On January 10, 2016 I purchased a used 2010 VW CC 2 t from Prado Auto Sales located at: 7300 SW 8th St, Miami, FL 33144. I noticed the vehicle had a stall pickup issue but when I asked I was told that is the way those car drive. I remember when they called me from Santander Consumer USA to go over the financing information I stated the the car drove as if it had a problem. I stated that I have never driven a VW but it seemed as though it drove strange like with a stall or pick up issue.
The Santander Consumer credit/finance dept lady that called me stated there was nothing she could do. As time went on the car issues worsen. Let me give you some details: Forget about trying to solve issues with the VW team and specially with the Regional Manager "Liz L" My car has had a stall and pickup problem since I purchased it used from Prado Auto Sales on January 20, 2016 with 32K miles, it now has 64K. The car literally stopped (shutted down), getting off the 826 at Kendall Drive.
I've lost my break pump while driving and had to replace the break pump. The battery exploded while I have been inside the car attempting to back up. The car had issues such as starting I have had to push in the key several times before it started.
VW set the appt. so that I could take it to the Esserman Nissan VW in Doral, FL once there I was told my car did not start.
