No customer support number any issue take days to resolve
There company has a good enough platform.
However, even though I don't use all the bells and whistles it offers I run into problems with the areas I do use on occasion.
If you're first learning something there are lots of videos, and writeups explaining how to get things done and it makes I expect to spend time
getting up to speed on something new.
But when something I use daily is giving me issues and I'm pretty sure there is a quick fix instead of a number where a tech person can give a straight answer. It's a friggin' scavenger hunt through layers and layers of information.
Or send an email and one day soon you will have an answer.
Once the answer was - it sometimes does that - it's a bug if you wait a while it will correct. . . .

That's the kind of fast answer a tech person could give me.
Right now I have an 8-session package that has 8 sessions assigned to it BUT instead of closing out it shows - 3 more sessions available.
That is a tech issue, but there is no tech phone number, so I rate the customer SERVICE at we'll get to you when we can. One star

I recently scheduled an appointment for a free consultation, which I understood required only a $1 deposit. However, I was unexpectedly charged $49.
I have attempted to email the company, but they have yet to respond.
I am very unhappy as this seems very deceiving. They do not have a phone number I am able to contact to speak to someone.
