I asked for a 2 day leeway cuz my unemployment may not always be reliable on deposit and I was told nothing that they could do . So I just hope you give me the grace period

HORRIBLE customer service!!!

When contacting customer service the first aggravation is the need to be specific regarding the "reason for your call". They laterally have a separate department for every single thing and each department can only answer questions about 1 very specific issue!

Ex. one department can tell you if you bill is paid and take payment but cannot help you with anything regarding automatic billing or budget billing. They too, are each separate departments, which mean you go back to waiting just to get another question answered. I spent 30 mins waiting between my two questions before giving up and hanging up.

Also, their representatives, speak horrible English as they must be located somewhere other than the USA. I signed up for automatic bill pay and on the evening of my due bill, it still did not show as paid and the next day it showed "bill over due", so I can cancel automatic bill pay and send the payment via my personal account. When I called to ask why the automatic bill pay didn't work, I was told on their side it showed the payment went through. So, now I sent the payment twice because it doesn't update as it should when a payment is made.

Just an all around aggravating experience!!!

I've spent more time on the phone going from representative to representative this week then I did at work! I don't need a second job!!!
