I recently retired and assumed responsibility of my dental coverage through PPI Cobra. I had been paying my premiums since May 2019. I recently sent in a payment for two months thinking that I would be ahead of myself and those two payments were sent back to me. Upon talking with two customer service representatives, the first one I might add was very rude. I had to call back again and spoke with a nice gentleman who informed me that my coverage had started in APRIL 2019 and not May 2019. I did get a letter saying my coverage was cancelled but when I checked the payments I did not seeing any payments missing. After I had talked with the gentleman at length, he informed that me that the very first payment due was April 2019 and not May. This was an oversight on my part but I was still sending in my payments and none came back until the July 29th 2019 check I sent in thinking I was paying for August and September. I'd really like to be reinstated for my dental if at all possible. It was not intentional that they didn't get the first payment in April 2019. It was an oversight on my part that I thought the first payment started in May 2019. I would really like to be reinstated. I am also concerned about the other payments that weren't returned if I was cancelled. Please get back to me at your earliest convenience. Thank you Cheryl Hyslop-Antunes
