You have false advertising you said it was 1495 for the grill $14.95 for 30 days 3 free trial you don't say that in the commercial I don't want anything to do with your company unsubscribe me

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. I contacted BBB about this issue and after they contacted manufacturer, I received an email about sending me a replacement.

If I did not contact BBB I would not have received the replacement. Thanks to BBB.

It cooks pretty good but it is made poorly. All plastic except the glass cover which is to heavy for plastic hinges which are cracking after less than 2 months.

Only used several times. Contacted company they stated they are not responsible for replacement.

I would have to try where item was bought. Never heard of a product that the manufacturer does not warranty.

Extra charges on my card and my shipment didn't arrive

I called to receive a free grill part for my grill. They keep charging my card $17.05.

The is the second time and I want my money refunded. I never received the grill part.

Order received as requested. Difficult to reach manufacturer by phone.

Finally found a phone number that works. Order and tracking number should be provided upon purchase.

Did you get the grill back

The employee from Fedx came the next day.

He picked up the grill. He didnt give me a tracking number or anything else.

I assumed the grill was sent back until a monthly installment was taken from my. Bank Account. I then called the company where I purchased the grill

There I was informed they had not received

the grill back

I then called Fedx who asked for a tracking number which I didnt have as the Fedx man did not give me one.

They denied having the pickup.

I saw the Fedx driver who said he remembered picking it up and took it in to be returned

I then again called the company i bought the grill from as they took out another payment out of my Bank Account.

They said they still had not received it back.

I am paying for a grill that I dont have. I feel like i have been robbed.

I need my moneh back or my grill.

Back order

I am very upset I ordered a new lid about 3-4 months ago. I was told it was back ordered, information I garnered on my own.

Time went by I know that these things do this occasionally. Again later I still havent got the lid. So I received a card in the mail asking me do I still want the lid. No mention of refunding my money.

I do not want to cancel my order. I just would like to talk to a human regarding my order with an explanation of what is going on.

I was finally contacted and according to the man I talk to said I need to reorder the lid because after so long the order cancelled. So I reordered and now awaiting for it to come in.

Failure to deliver griddle plate

Ordered the supposedly free griddle that was included with the grill order # 637447****7080**** on 12/28/20. Called on 1/28/21 to check on order status and was told it would be shipped in February.

Called company again 2/14/21. Was told by a recording they had rec'd my order without even asking for the order# and told that the item was out of stock again and would be shipped on March 6. However, if you go to their web page to order a griddle it clearly states in stock.

Obviously customers are being given the run around. The griddle was the main reason I purchased the grill in the first place I would appreciate a straight and honest answer will I or will I not be getting the grill plate.

And they charge you taxes on the product before you even receive it or complete the trial period! When I disagreed with the extra charges she (India) hung up in my face!!!

I sent back Power XL on June 25 , I called 6 times since then if you received the package, they told me that they have not, it's been about one month , and I still not received refund yet
