All pictures are from the mechanics. All damage was after initial start.

Again it started, lunged forward and died.

Pulled cord, it broke. 5 holes in the crankcase.

Well i was emailed by powersportsmax and told to call them kindly to resolve this issue.Called once and left a message called 4 more times and was hung up on all 4 times.I had to replace the motor at the price of $240 parts and labor. What a joke i bought this bike and it had a defective motor and i cant get any help from them. This should all be warranty and be replaced.

Ordered a 49cc minibike. It arrived, and opened the box. Side plastic was cracked, front fender was cracked. Followed all recommendations before starting. Started the bike, it accelerated forward quickly and shut off. Went to start it again and the pull cord snapped. Upon further inspection visually of the bike noticed that there was *** in the crankcase. Took the bike to a professional bike mechanic, and was informed that the clutch was seized and broke parts that blew *** in the crankcase. The motor will need to be replaced.

I just bought a go kart from power sports max and I went to put carburetor I'm too motor in the process of installation and assembly as I was putting carburetor onto the intake manifold I found out that I could not move forward with putting it on because there is a cross member bar part of the frame going directly over top across the intake manifold where the carburetor sits it would be impossible to install the carburetor on to the intake without having to Bend the bar or having to cut a huge chunk out of the bar which would compromise the frame and structure of the go-kart I spent $1,600 on this go-kart and don't understand how something like this could happen it just blows my mind and also when I went to call customer service I got absolutely no help from the lady she literally told me with an attitude go on the website that you bought the go-kart from and email them and send a Pic she dident ask for any info she would not give me the email and just kept saying same thing to me she did not care to help me at all and dident want to hear what I had to say there has to be some kind of solution to this my kids have been waiting for months on another order for a go kart and just decided to go with power sports max and now my kids have to wait even longer very disappointed I hope we can come to a conclusion to either get my money back or a large portion off of my order or get the go kart replaced

Customer support failed to address my issue. They kept sending me generic responses and never actually addressed the locked wheel. I ended up looking at YouTube videos to solve my problem. So much for a warranty and customer support. No worries though. If this is customer support, I don't want it nor your product.

I ordered a motorbike from them and it was shipped and received rather quickly. It did have minor damage in the shipping crate, so I immediately took pics and emailed them. One of the damaged parts was the gear shifter, so I was unable to use the bike, they took their sweet time responding and the response was they didn't have the parts, would I accept $40 to get the parts myself somewhere. I reluctantly accepted the offer, but they never sent any $, got an email a month later asking if I would take a free helmet for my troubles, nothing over $60, I said yes and told them what helmet I wanted, response was, we do not have that in stock, I chose another one, not in stock, and again, same thing. I received the bike on July 20 and it is now Nov 12 and I still do not have the parts to get my bike in rideable condition. Their lack of customer service is easily the worst of any company I have ever dealt with, I am not the kind of person that usually writes reviews but if I can save someone else this kind of misery, its worth it. If there is anywhere else you can buy from, do it. Also, any negative reviews posted to their site are removed, completely unethical.

They are a sorry company. Can't get parts said they will give me $50. What a joke

They don't want to handle this matter the right way. Scooter is damage, and they expect me to pay to ship it back. They haven't even file a claim complaint against the shipping company. They are a sorry piece of crap for a company . Guess they think money grow on trees. I'm on social security and don't have money to ship back, and I wouldn't even. If I had it. They send this scooter damaged, and they need to come pick it up.... Said I should have to refuse the shipment, but the shipper don't stay while you open it. So how do they. Think you can refuse the shipment They are a sorry company. This was the second scooter i order. And will not ever do business with them again Hope no one else will either.

Ordered a go kart on March 30 , as Nd they said they be in mid April, but the 16th of April I callled them and left message to see what status was but never got a message back, called again on the 24 th and was not able to Even leave a message, so I canceled my credit card to them, thinking they must be going out of business or something going on. The agency cheat me by delivered wrong product. My order was for a tread mill with mannual inclination, blue tooth, heart beat sensor etc. But in the delivered item not having any such facilities.

Bait-And-Switch Tactics

1-27-21__ I recently had a bad experience with Powersportsmax aka Maxpro LLC. It's not concluded yet, but here are some basic guidelines if you decide to take a chance with them.

1) Screenshot EVERYTHING you're interested in purchasing.

Also, screenshot anything that can be suspicious or questionable, including Terms and Conditions, Returns, Shipping, etc. Screenshots are cheap and easy. If you get scammed you will need proof.

2) Be prepared to be disappointed if you do business with this company. Check the BBB reports, use google to get customer feedback, use common sense.

3) If you communicate with them use email or their message system.

NO phone calls. Calls cannot be used as proof. Emails and messaging can be screenshot or printed. Remember the phrase "A picture is worth a thousand words".

You need proof to be in Black-and-White.

4) ALWAYS pay with a Credit Card. If you have a problem, your CC company can start a Chargeback process against the company. This is a very effective recourse against dishonest business practice. Also, contact the BBB in San Jose, CA.

and the Attorney General of California to file complaints. You may want to contact your state Attorney General as well since some states have their own consumer protection laws. If you need the address or phone# for the BBB or AG of CA, Google is right there.

Use it.

5) The best advise I can give you is to AVOID this company altogether. I have prior experience with another place, that is now shut down, and armed with all the evidence described above I prevailed and beat them at their game.

Lack of customer service and cheap products

The customer service sucks. They don't answer the phone. Zora is extremely rude and unhelpful. The bikes are poorly made and arrive poorly assembled. The bike cuts off during acceleration, bolts are loose, and the light on the front of my bike does not fit and isn't secured by anything its merely resting on the forks. I am demanding a refund of my purchase as well as contacting the better business bureau. The bike that I bought is unsafe being how bolts and handle bars are loose. While sitting at an idle in my garage a bolt fell out somewhere from the bike.
