Never got a plug that I ordered and paid for
I bought extended warranty and I didnt get any results. I paid for a cord and I never got it. They tell me that theyre out of stock dont make sense.

Replacement mesh on foot massager
I use my power legs by power fit everyday. The mesh is beginning to brake and develop holes.
Is there any way that I could get replacement mesh from you and fix it myself?

Promised a new cord never received for over 2 years. Horrible customer service, horrible company. Will never recommend this product. Will warn everyone how bad your service is. Unbelievable!!
Promised a new cord. Never received even after 2 years.
Refused my request for a refund on unit since I cant use it without the cord. Customer service told me to go to a hardware store and buy a cord stupid comment from your employee.. poorly trained.Bad company. Never buy from them again.
Im furious!!!
Will warn everybody not to buy this product or deal with this company. Shame on you!!

Bought the machine two months ago, it works well, but has worn *** in the mesh covering.
