Never received my xbox 360 from last christmas

I was looking for a xbox kinect and this company said they had them in stock so I ordered one for my daughter for Christmas last year. I still have not received it and the company took 179.99 out of my discover card. I called discover to try to get my money back, they even tried to find them and no luck so I'm still out my money and no xbox!! I am a single mom with 2 children and I work and coming up with 180.00 isn't easy for me and like in another complaint I've called several times left messages and still nothing. Do not order from this company-all they do is take your money!!!

They took my money and never sent my son's DSI/XL

I ordered a DSI for my son and sent the money via paypal.... Thank goodness!!! After they received the money I never heard from them again. After a couple of weeks without response I started a dispute with paypal. I am bummed for my son who was very excited and has waited patiently for me to save for another since his first one died after two years..... The good news is that after the dispute is resolved I will be able to purchase another for him ..... I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE IT'S JUST NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE TO SAVE $20!!!!

Took money but never sent product

I wanted to get a DSI as a gift, so three and a half weeks early I ordered it from www.powerkik.com. They offered free 7 day shipping. Well I payed through many checking account, but was not told there would be a 7 day hold before sending it. I only found out after I went back to their website wondering why I never got it. You can't talk to a real person at this company either. Everything this done over email, which they are slow to answer. There is a number to call but it goes directly to mailbox. I have left many messages (more than ten) and not once has my call been return. Out of the many emails I have sent only a couple have been answered and none in the last 3 weeks. I am still out of the money I payed them and have no game system to show for it. They have literally stolen my money.

I had the same experience with the kinect charge coming in May from an order pre-Christmas. I also didn't receive the product, which I don't want at this point.

They do not return calls or emails. I am disputing it through my credit card company.

Today my wife and I recieved our credit card bill with a 179.99 charge on it posted May 9th. This was for a Kinect she attempted to order pre-Christmas last year, on 12/9, and tried to cancel on 12/24 once it was obvious it wouldn't arrive. We are disputing this with our credit card company right now.

I recently had a 179 charge placed on my credit card by this company that I didn't authorize. I have no idea where this company came up with my credit card information or who purchased something with my credit card. I am disputing the charge and have contacted the company for an explanation.

I ordered a Kinect from them with guaranteed delivery for Christmas last year. Nothing ever showed up and I sent an unanswered email to cancel the order.

Now, in May 2011 they charge my Amex and the website says still awaiting shipment!

I have filed a dispute with Amex and will pursue credit card fraud charges against them if possible.

At all costs, avoid this company!
