First off saying pissed off customer reviews shows how unconcerned you are about your customers.
Less than year old generator technician said there was a rats nest in it I asked for pictures and asked if it was cleaned out could it still be checked out to see if it could still be covered under manufacturer warrenty he said he voided manufacturer warrenty oh yeah its was wheat hay no rat *** I know the difference.

Inquired about a part for my pressure washer that wasn’t shown on the parts schematic. It was the rubber cap that goes over the thermal valve.
Representative couldn’t find it either.
We determined that the part was just an accessory that had no effect on the operation of the pressure washer. My rubber cap split and I was wanting a replacement.

- Bought in May 2018 and used it very little.
- Fault light stays on; voltage is low; engine runs rough; restart attempts under no load did not help.
