Error on inverter

Only issue so far is having to wait 2 months for the parts. Other than that I am very happy with my panels. Company really needs to keep parts in stock. I was told I would be compensated for the energy I am not producing. Will see how that works out.

Real fast to take your money but take months to resolve any problems after system is installed. Hours on hold to even speak to customer support do notonly to wait hours more for tech support

User's recommendation: Do not use this company. Changing their name wont solve their problems.

Product does not last!

Run and run quickly away from this company. I had 14 panels installed in a ground mount array for 50k and the system did not last 9 months before half of the panels stopped working. I have been waiting for over two months for a service call to have someone come out to repair them. Who knows if someone from the company will show up, I rate my business transaction with Power Home Solar as the largest mistake that I have ever made in my adult life. I have not been that please with the Generac products either since most of the issues have arisen from the *** equipment.

We signed up to get solar panels and were told we would 100% power our home. But they installed only enough panels to produce part of what we expected. They did the whole contract on a computer, so you can't really see the contract and when you ask questions, they...

Was ripped off

Everything from misinforming me about how the tax credit worked and quoting my monthly bill after 17 months once tge tax credit is applied now that's not happening" to having a system that not really working and my electric bill is even more now, to actually screwing my home electric system this should be enough to cancel this business is a jk and will be making sure my community knows..

User's recommendation: Don't do business with them if you do keep every document text and promise recorded.

Poor service and not as promised

We have solar panels from Power Home Solar. They are not working as they should, and it takes a long time to get someone out to get them up and running again. They will work right for a few days, and then they go back to particle production again. The company hasn't lived up to their promises and hey don't seem to care. We are now paying double to power our home. We are making a loan payment that is almost equal to what our power bill was before the solar panels. Furthermore, we are also paying our usual power bill to the electric company. Its costing us more with solar panels. With PHS it is buyer BEWARE.
