Over charge and don't stick to agreed terms

I have yet to even get the machine and they have already taken 2 payments from me. I reach out to the customer service email from my confirmation email and they claim to not have an order for me at all.

I then provided them with the introductory rate they list online then what they charged me plus the entire confirmation of my order and they still claim they couldn't find my order. Told them to go back and look at the attachments sent. They then claim it was delivered the 7th of March.....um no I was here all day and no one from FedEx showed up at my house. They may have delivered it to another home but not mine.

I shut the card down they had access to for charges and disputed with my credit card company. Will never do business with this company and don't recommend anyone else does either.

What am i doing wrong

So yesterday i made an order everything went smoothly according to placing the order, today i decided to call up to make sure it all went ok just to find out they have cancelled my order with no explanation. Someone please help me understand what i done wrong

Farken hate this company and have never received such shocking service in my life. An acquaintance gave me his Powerfit to use as he did not like it.

Had it with me for a couple of months and after surgey decided to use it sitting down watching tv and it started smoking.

i called Brand developers (as he gave me invoice details as it is still under warrantly) spoke to the most rudest horrible threatening *** named Christopher who said the warranty is void as my friend gave it to me. He went on further to say that I should not try calling back as he is going to blacklist the invoice number so we cannot get it replaced and further went to say he is going to call my acquaintance who purchased the machine and tell him I called as well, even though he knew i friggin called arrrggggh

I have had the same situation with my machine not working 2 months before warranty ran out. Took it in and apparantly got a brand new replacement last month Feb.

Used it a few times and then turned it on on Sunday 11 March 2018 and it started smoking and toxic smoke filled the house.

It's only been a month and not even 30 minutes worth of time on the machine they won't replace it despite been given a verbal agreement of a 6 month warranty. I am so fustrated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
