Complaint
I have heard nothing from PowerBilt in response to my complaint regarding the poor quality of their product.
User's recommendation: Do not buy PowerBilt golf clubs. The quality is poor. The customer service is impossible!

A two month old set of Powerbilt golf clubs was failing, the heads had broken loose and were rotating. I contacted Powerbilt and they said "Not our problem, talk to the retailer". (This is absurd!!) Joe, the Mgr, at Dunham's in Ontario Ohio looked at the clubs and Powerbilt's response. He didn't seem surprised. He eagerly provided me with new clubs. This is not the retailer's responsibility but Dunham's provided where Powerbilt failed. This is integrity!! I have always felt Dunham's was class act and have been buying most of my fishing, hunting, golf, etc., stuff there for years. This cements it - Dunham's is my #1 go-to!!
