Power poles not working

A part of the board that operates the pole came apart I believe it was a bad board for the factor had problems with that power from day one though it was the wireless button turn out it wasnt at all they said my 2 year warranty was up but that board shouldve came apart like that when there wasnt a reason

Need to replace remotes for 2 poles. Replaced batteries but lost one of the onboard switches and remote around neck model.
