- - I was charged more than expected after giving my credit card.
- - I canceled the order and got a cancellation number; it was backordered and no refund.
I canceled an order because it charged me for more than what I was supposed to be charged due to false issues after giving my credit card number I hit back because I didn't want the other advertised special and after hitting back and clearing my credit card information out it had already taken it and charged it. I made several calls to their customer service immediately after I realized this happened they told me to call back in 2 hours they couldn't see my order but see the charge.
I called back about 30 minutes later talk to somebody else they couldn't help.
I called back 15 mins later they canceled my order and gave me a cancellation #., after advising me they were back ordered. I never got my money refunded and apparently it never got canceled even though I have a cancellation number cuz they keep sending me emails concerning my purchase

I made a mistake on power pod website. I didnt have Power Pod phone number.
I reached out to you. I called them and costumer service told me to call back in a couple of hours. They didnt have me in their computer. If they didnt have me in their computer, then why did they take the money?
You would think that they would have added my information before they took the credit card charge. I will be calling them back to cancel.

They Will Steal Your Money!!!!!

I was scrolling Instagram and saw an ad for a Phone Charger, so i clicked on it to read about the item. The next day I saw a charge on my CC for $198.89 from this
company.
I immediately contacted my CC and filed a dispute. I never placed an order, but there it was. About 10 days later a package is delivered and i tried to refuse delivery to no avail. I opened it and there were 10 of these CHINA made phone chargers with no return slip.
I paid $20 to ship back something i never ordered to begin with. I wrote an email to the Pa State Attorney General, who contacted the company and were told they would refund my money without the cost of shipping it back. This occurred on November 25,2021. It is now February 1,2022 and i haven't received my refund.
At this point I have no outlet to work for me to get my money back.
I am a senior and i live on a fixed income. I truly need my money.
