I haven't received my pink power plate

I ordered a pink power plate on Feb 27 it was suppose to been here today but I haven't received it I've been patiently waiting for it I'm really excited about trying it I don't know if you haven't sent it out yet or if it got lost in the shipment or if I need to give it another day or two if I don't receive it by Friday I want my money back

User's recommendation: After spending $1500 for the power plate it came without batteries and never sent any when I informed them. Terrible customer service.
