Rotadent from dental usa
i purchased a rotadent plus on july 10 2011. i received it on july 18th 2011.
this product cost $ 123.00 bucks and the life is around 3-5 years. I charged the unit up and it worked for 2 weeks and died. I went round and round with amazon and dental usa to get a replacement. Today after weeks for them to review..they decided that i can not get a replacement and i am stuck with the defective product.
I resopnded to there email. I here to warn others not to purchase from them as they sell old defective items which they will not stand behind and replace if needed.

When you purchased on Amazon, you were NOT purchasing a rotodent from "Dental USA INc., located in Illinois" You were purchasing from a company in California which has now, thanks to my calls to them, changed their name on Amazon to keep the real DENTAL USA from getting their complaints.
I have contacted the person who sold on Amazon as Dental USA and they have changed their name to California Dental So as to avoid any further confusion to actual Dental USA customers. We do not even sell this kind of tool. We do not make any high or low speed handpieces.
We manufacture only dental hand instruments and like tools. We have received several complaints with regard to the company who sells on Amazon in particular.
