Ripped me off and lied to me

It is the Power Collision Center for Power Chevrolet Buick GMC & Caddillac in Newport Oregon. Address. 1422 North Coast Highway, Newport Oregon 97365 the business name came out wrong and I cannot figure how to change what showed up at the top of the page.

I took my car in to have a door replaced and a paint job, and they gave me an estimate to have the whole drivers side of my car painted to match the door. When I came back 6 days later they only painted the door and I said I paid to have the side of my car painted, and they blew me off and I have the original estimate of $1,419.65, and they charged me $977.41 instead and did not paint my car...they did not call me either just did what they wanted. And the Office manager obviously was berating the man who gave me the estimate because he was looking at the floor and could not look me in the face. It was not his fault....she is not be trusted and tried to sneak away when she saw me coming to pick up my car. She was hiding smoking cigarettes for over half an hour but I waited, and she stumbled over her words as she was bare face lying to me. When I left my window would not roll down and I wanted this fixed that is why I got a new door.....seriously!!!! Do not trust this establishment for they have no problem taking advantage of your trust. And dig deep for reviews because they put all the good one on the top to easily fool you.....there are many complaints. Now I have a Jimmy with a door that does not match the rest of the car!
