These guys said they were going to deliver my couch between March 29th and April 3rd. Here we are April 6th, and not only do I not have my couch, but now I'm being told I won't get it until next week.
When I've asked for a reimbursement for some of the couch, I was told I have to talk to support, who doesn't work U.S. hours.

I don’t know what you were promised, but furniture ordered 20 days ago doesn’t constitute a heavy delay in shipping. Especially when 6 of those days are the weekend.
They obviously discovered they don’t have it to ship. Yes, it says status, refund. But you have no idea when that status was updated to refund.
I’m sure by the 30th it will be refunded. You can always dispute with your bank.
