No customer service

NoPoundex is using pandemic covid19 to abuse dealers and consumers, call to company in California, no answer even I hold for 2 hours, email to customer service no reply about customer complaints, but when I place the order they reply right away, parts order never ship, they never answer the phone or reply to email complaining, I think consumers and dealers should get together sue them in class actions

Received bad product

Received a Poundex dining bench with two long legs and two short legs. Called Poundex customer service and was told Id need to deal with Home Depot (who I ordered it from) because they dont sell to, or deal with, the consumer. Home Depot had already told me Id need to call Poundex. I tried to explain the issue and give them the information I was given by Home Depot, and the woman on the phone finally hung up on me after repeatedly interrupting and telling me they dont deal with consumers directly. Terrible customer service

User's recommendation: Do not buy from this company - they don’t stand by their product or service customers.

Missing parts

I purchased the F6511 sectional in Ash Black and it is missing some hardware and 4 feet so my furniture is sitting uneven <
