I did special order for my new house from Pottery Barn in Dec, 2016, and finally the bed frame is ready to delivery on 2/11. However, it completely ruined my experience with Pottery Barn. As a loyal customer who spent over 4K, I am very disappointed about the service I received. The delivery guy came in without slippers on, and even refused to assemble my bed. They told me the $200 I paid was only for shipping, not including the assembling cost.... Read more

Ordered a decor pillow for $50. Took two months to arrive (at least) and when it did, it was only a cheapo pillow cover that I could have made myself for $5. BEWARE: Pottery Barn will not refund but only issue a store credit. This was an online purchase. This review requires one hundred words at least which is really odd in the era of Twitter. I purchased a rocker (for $1700) in November – was told I would receive in January. After much back-and-forth with the company – we still haven’t received our chair. We’ve spent countless hours calling, going into Pottery Barns, etc to try and get a final delivery date on the chair and still nothing. DO NOT waste your time or money. We bought 5 rugs - one was 5 x 8, 2 were long runners and 2 were 3 x 5. The runners were too long to go alongside the bed, so we opted to keep the shorter rugs. The runners were brand new, un-used. We went Pottery Barn's on-line returns website and printed out return labels and dropped them off with UPS. After a couple of billing cycles I thought we would be credited. Horrible Cheap Defective Products that Pottery Barn Will Not Replace

Pottery Barn's Daily System is cheap overpriced garbage. The calendar and whiteboard have warped over the past few months, even though they have just been hanging on a wall. Pottery Barn's customer service department says this is "normal wear and tear," and refuses to replace thee defective products. The calendar has warped to the point that the lower right corner is 2 inches away from the wall, and the whiteboard is warped a full inch. Buyer... Read more

I am disgusted and appalled by the practices of this company. Unfair business practices by Pottery Barn are unacceptable and should not be tolerated by consumers. I was charged double my payment because of a "technology" error as they could not locate my bank account that had sufficient funds to pay my bill. They would not waive the fee which is absurd. Poor practice!

I brought 2 large Persia rugs, over the holidays! I brand new rug arrived yesterday & was not finished!!!! Missing wool spots everywhere! The other rug advertising as neutral assuming it was Browns like the picture but 1 color is green! Really I went to 2 pottery barn stores by me & no one carried swatches of the rugs! Although not outrageously expensive (unlike their pillows) Pottery Barn's down pillow inserts are not worth it. Mine under a thick, velvet cover leaked feathers from day one, and now after six mos is falling apart. A real mess when I took cover off to wash. I'll go with synthetic next time. Feathers, wads of fabric from who knows where all over the place. Took me at least 20 minutes to clean it up.100 words yet? Pottery Barn really doesn't want... Read more

I have the same issue as another post on here with my towels losing colour. I thought it was me. I have the issue with the Porc. Blue ones. I never use Bleach, like NEVER. I don't use any type of Acne wash. My kids use Fieldcrest towels from Target, it does not happen to those towels. All towels in my house are washed the same.I even went to another PB , 8 months later to get newer towels ( same colour) and it happened to them as well.. I feel... Read more
