I have yet to hear from anyone...Called many times and sent email....No Response..If you could please give me a call it would be Awesome to talk with some one. I would like to get a refund as soon as possible.Date of purchase was Oct.21, 2024.

I don't have the order #.I wore it on my shoulder for three to four weeks. and I didn't see any benefit for me. It was also hard to attached it to my shoulder so that became a real problem.
I would have to go and get my husband to put on for me.so that was so inconvenient for me. It didnt benefit me that much
