Regarding my order
I did an order and there is confirmation and no one reply on my calls and customer service email address is not working. So I want to cancel my order and receive my money back as customers service is horrible

Customer service
As they have no contact number you are advised to email them with your query to which they say they will reply within 48 hours. I have heard nothing from them. I contacted them as soon as I ordered realizing I had entered the wrong door number for delivery - still have heard nothing from them.
