My package has supposedly been in a town that is 1.5 hours away. Then they say it's being delivered on the 5th day.
I track it, but it says there's no information on my package. Come on BNI, get it together!

BNI is not a business you can count on . I live in Castlegar , BNI has a terrible reputation for losing packages , not delivering, or are they keeping them for themselves, after spending hundreds of dollars, I am thinking of joining the class action suit against. Terrible service

Delivered by BNI, to find out wrong package , gave back to Driver (Leanne), parcel ordered never delivered, Amazon confirms neither packages were sent back to Amazon. Where are these packages BNI, theft is a crime. Have pictures of driver delivery and package on security camera, have filed report with RCMP.

By then we were in a weekend. Items were for a gift so at that point they we're needed any more.
User's recommendation: We are in a rural area and unfortunately you can't choose the carrier. BNI won't deliver rural our carrier so if you notice BNI try calling Amazon, maybe they can help.n.
