Not communicating with customer.

No way to get in touch with seller to check if the order was received or not. Poshmark does not answer the phone it is a recording that you can not leave a message. When you try to email they say they have someone standing by to help you but then they want to charge you to help, what kind of customer service is that. Well in the long run and two weeks later my daughter help me find out that my package was shipped and out for delivery today. Over all I most likely will think twice before considering ordering through them again. Thank you for your help in letting me vent when I was very concerned

I ordered a phone case a long time ago and have yet to receive it. The phone number doesn't allow you to speak with anyone or leave a voice mail. This was a gift for someone and it never came. How can I get my order.?
