Postman plus poor customer service

Postman plus was paid to fedex official court documents that were time stamped and sensitive. They did not give a fedex receipt or tracking numbers and then charged almost 80 dollars for a service they did not deliver on. When dissatisfaction was brought to their attention, they blamed fedex and told us to read the postman plus receipt which states "not responsible for deliveries not completed". What kind of "postman" does not give a guarantee on the services you pay them to do? The kind that do not value their customers, or the material you send through the company with such unprofessionalism.
