My first time ordering from this company and will be the last time. I placed an order on Dec 6th for two posters that should have been delivered 8-10 days ago based on their shipping policy info.
I received an email on Dec 9th stating that my order was preparing to be shipped and as of today Dec 19th, its still showing preparing to be shipped. I reached out to them through online support as well as email provided and havent heard back from anyone in regards to the situation..The posters were supposed to be a Christmas gift for my daughter and now this will be a disappointment for her not have it for Christmas due to the unprofessional of this company.. No customer service phone number provided whatsoever which makes sense now.. I have waited for a 24 hr period for a response, so the next step will be to reach out to my bank to dispute the transaction.
I also reached out to USPS just to confirm there wasnt an issue on there behalf and they confirmed that a label was created but items was never received to be shipped.. but Im pretty sure there will be an excuse given that doesnt make sense..

Preferred solution: Delivery before Christmas and a apology and if I can’t get that, I will need a full refund
