Recurring credit card charges after subscription cancellation

The company has no customer service. When their number is called, only a recording is given instructing the caller to email them.
I need to speak with someone. My subscription was cancelled over a year ago, and I continue to have credit charges monthly for a subscription that I neither want nor need anymore.

- - They do not respond in a timely manner and hours or days pass after they say they will respond.
- - The complaint shows as resolved even when the issue isn’t resolved.
- - They need a customer service number to speak directly to someone.
They need to be able to respond to my issues in a timely manner. They will respond back to you and then you hear nothing from them hours or days later.
Then when you look at your complaint on their sight; it says that the issue was resolved and it wasn't.
It is very frustrating. They need to have a customer service number so I could talk to someone directly to get the issue resolved.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. We were contacted by them through email and they were very apologetic and are processing our full refund for 2 months charged .Very impressed
We tried free software and I printed one small poster for our 50th wedding anniversary. We took a cruise and got Covid, and I was sick for 2 weeks.
By this time I was billed approximately $30 each month.
Please refund my monthly fees. Thank you.

Poster my wall is really a very good site to create posters and Instagram, and any other advertisement. However, if you have an issue good luck.
No phone number to reach someone when you really need to reach them immediately.
They write you back and is all we all know when it comes to computer issues do you need somebody to talk to. Im Tired of companies who dont have real customer service.
