I was charged the wrong subscription amount

Canceled subscription
I canceled my trial period before the cut off date and I still got charged for the first months subscription. GGRRR!!

I love the designs on this site but I have been having a problem for months with trying to print the document. It keeps giving me the same error message. T
They need to be able to respond to my issues in a timely manner. They will respond back to you and then you hear nothing from them hours or days later.
Then when you look at your complaint on their sight; it says that the issue was resolved and it wasn't.
It is very frustrating. They need to have a customer service number so I could talk to someone directly to get the issue resolved.

Resolved: I helped them with refining their product for a year, but my renewal fee was doubled
I was in the customer advisory group for a year without pay.
When my subs came up for renewal, it had been doubled!
Don't trust the management of this company.

I can not cancel my subscription that is being taken out of my bank account
I used this app once back in December 2023. I keep looking at the account trying to cancel but cannot find the link to anywhere. There is no premium billing page for me to cancel yet my bank account is being charged $10.61 a month and there is no way to contact anyone

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. We were contacted by them through email and they were very apologetic and are processing our full refund for 2 months charged .Very impressed
We tried free software and I printed one small poster for our 50th wedding anniversary. We took a cruise and got Covid, and I was sick for 2 weeks.
By this time I was billed approximately $30 each month.
Please refund my monthly fees. Thank you.

I've been very busy with other life matters and PosterMyWall has kept deducting my money. Is there a way you could ask if you should continue deducting the subscription after a while or if you notice the person isn't using the app anymore?

Lousy customer service
Poster my wall is really a very good site to create posters and Instagram, and any other advertisement. However, if you have an issue good luck.
No phone number to reach someone when you really need to reach them immediately.
They write you back and is all we all know when it comes to computer issues do you need somebody to talk to. Im Tired of companies who dont have real customer service.
