Lost card

I lost my Postbank online password. I requested it about three weeks ago and it's almost four weeks now.

I haven't received my password yet. I also lost my Postbank card and haven't received another one yet. Whenever I ask the bank, they simply tell me to wait. I don't know how long I need to wait.

When will I get my password or bank card? Or should I close my account with Postbank?

Well, I couldn't find a way to contact you guys at Pissed C. So, I just wanted to let you know that they got back to me but I had no time to check the details yet.

It looks though that it's just the usual circle. The email is in German, only a German contact number is provided, and the links lead you back to the password change page which is not working. That was the issue in the first place. I guess I have to buy a SIM and make an expensive call, and then maybe I will get some help, but I don't have much hope.

The second option they gave me is to write a letter (laughing in 2024), but again, how will they respond, where and when?

So, thank you for contacting them for me, but unfortunately, I'm still in their trap. No password, no contact, no account, no money...crazy.

The most unethical banking institution I have ever dealt with. They are unresponsive.

Their behavior borders on illegal. They have held up hundreds of thousands if euros in inheritance accounts for five years due to utter incompetence. I believe they will never release the funds.

We have spent over 100,000 euros in legal fees and Post Bank refuses any any communicatio or explanation. They refuse to work with the German tax office.

Blocked card. No help.

Postbank requires its customers to write a letter and send it by post in 2024. They sent me the answer above.

They are sorry but can't help and are the best. What a funny bunch, right?!

Cancel my bank account with post bank.

I have been requesting Postbank to close my account for seven months now. I sent emails, letters by post and they haven't done it. I need to have it closed.

Die Id ist pet77,aber habe vor einigen Tagen das Password vermasselt und der Zugang ist jetzt gesperrt. --- Ich versuchte, ein neues Password herzustellen, alles ging, aber mein Best Sign Bestaetigung funtionierte nicht. Versuchte es mehrmals: mein Best Sign Zugugang ist Bonline 3UPNNP. Auf dem Geraet steht: Seal One (R) 1 D, darunter: BJ55G-1G05G-1EX93.

--- IMein Konto besteht aus einem Girokonto (von Euro 6,000-7,000) einem Depot von ca.

Euro 12,000, und einem Anlagekonto von ca. Euro 450. Ich will zZt nichts mit den Konten machen, brauche Informationen, daher Zugang. KOENNEN SIE MIR HELFEN ???

Can´t reach my account

Hi i have an account in postbank (7257****) but i can´t reach it so i now if there are any money on it. I don´t have any password or other things i need to have so i can have a look on it myself.

I bought this German company (Zero emission) in the end of july 2023! Can you help with this?
