IssueI was suppose to receive my delivery package May 7th. I was home all day on that horrible rainy day. I did not receive my package. I did not receive any notice that a delivery was attempted. I checked my mailbox Monday evening there was nothing. I will check this evening. HSN scheduled delivery May 10th; however, my package arrived early.

Not receiving mail. might get once a week or every other week. called and emailed their customer service. still haven't got a response back.

live in a senior condo building. people rely on the postal service for their medicine and mail. mail dropped in our mail slot isn't being picked up so bills aren't getting to the places or people. so now they're being late fees. this is ongoing for months. no one is giving us answers. people expecting packages aren't getting them. where is all of the mail and packages??

User's recommendation: everyone needs to complain. the post office keeps raising rates and the service is unacceptable.

Well, again I received an overnight late. It cost 63$, but wait. I went to the local USPS for a refund and was told you can only fill out a refund form on line. Well I did and received my refund within 10 days. Just an additional note: I received another overnight on time this week. If Amazon can ship overnight always, whats the problem with USPS?

Lost package

I sent a package certified on June 4th the package still has not delivered or returned to me and it was only going 5 minutes down the street... this is terrible and all I'm getting is the run around.
