Horrible customer service

I placed my order on the 7th and paid $25.00 for one day shipping I did not receive the product until the 11th. I spoke to two reps. and instead of them just refunding me $16.00 so I would have paid for the 3-4 day shipping fee they argued with me and refused to change the price of shipping. I WAS a customer since 2017! and had spent over $100 but I will NEVER order from them again!

Beware of Postal Contacts and Coopervision

I bought two groupons on Dec 14,2017 for postal contacts. I have two different scripts for both eyes. I placed order with postal contacts and used Groupon on Dec 15,2017. Apparently there is a war going on between the manufacture Coopervision and Postal Contacts and how they price the contacts for sale to consumers. I was unaware of this at time if sale. This turned into almost 2 months with NO CONTACTS my money gone etc! Many weekly phone calls and found out through representatives of the disagreement between Coopervision and Postal Contacts. I was told my reps that this has been going on for quite sometime. I am very angry because Postal Contacts should have informed the consumer beforehand and than I would have went elsewhere! The supervisors really are useless. One was Amanda and the other Chrystal. Both refused to give any other of theyre superiors. Names nothing at all. They offered nothing for the grief. Acted like upgraded shipping should suffice. Honestly! So please other consumers out there PLEASE DO NOT BUY THROUGH POSTAL CONTACTS. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CONSUMER. WILL NOT RETURN EMAILS WILL DO NOTHING TO HELP REMEDY OR COMP ANYTHING FOR YOU. I WAS SO ANGRY AND POLITELY TOLD AMANDA TO KISS MY *** THIS WAS AFTER I HEARD HER SARCASM IN HER TONE. PROVED SHE COULD CARE LESS.

Was it the biofinity contacts?! I'm going through the same problem right now, I've been waiting since the first week in January. However, they told me was that they're backordered and I haven't received any other info from that.
