Horrible experience. They advertise 48 hour turnaround time.
But then i received notificstion that my banner stand would not be shipped for an entire week. I had to pay overnight shipping to get my item in time.
The customer service rep was useless. Save yourself the trouble and don't order from this unethical company.

- - Clips were said unnecessary; we rolled panels out 4 hours; panels released and struck customers.
Saunders landscape Supply purchased a trade show booth for a Home Show- and we set it up to test and it would not stand up nor would the panels stay attached. The clips were missing- we called they said the instructions were in fact incorrect that it did not need clips and to roll the panels out at least two hours before the show.
We left the panels rolled out for 4 hours- came back and they did attach. While the show was in progress- the panels released and hit our customers in the head! It was QC'd according to Connie. We spend over 1,000.00 for the booth and it kept falling down all weekend.
On Friday when I called and spoke to Connie she said that they were sorry- never once offering to reship a better product or a replacement to the where we were. I guess it was the weekend and they were going home- Who Cares anyway- it wasn't there problem or embarrassment!
SHAME OF POST UP STAND FOR SHIPPING AN INFERIOR PRODUCT!! POST UP STAND PRODUCTS and customer service is aweful
