Posh mommy poor customer service

This company never answered their phone and did not respond to email until I threatened to cancel my order. Worst customer service ever! They also put their logo on the plates without letting you know ahead of time. I just bought my wife 3 engraved plates for Christmas. We both were unpleasantly surprised with the logo on the plates. Wish we could send the whole thing back. It is not mentioned anywhere on their website that they do that. In Addition, they shipped the wrong chain. The plates were yellow gold And with that they shipped a sterling silver chain.

We saw your complaint and wanted to clarify that we did actually respond to your email as well and speak to you on the phone within a day of your call. We apologize if our response was delayed for any period of time, as we were very busy during Xmas.

I remember this order clearly because you did in fact order a silver chain with your gold pendants. Many customers combine silver and gold so we were unaware that this was a mistake.

Regarding our trademark with carat stamp, we show them in our photo gallery and most customers like that there is a clear mark that it's not a knock off and is also .925 silver or 14K gold. We are sorry you had a poor experience and wish you a happy new year!
