I had a great experience and recieved exactly what I purchased. Bottom line don't believe everything you see or read on the Internet.

People will post anything just to hurt others for their own gain. I would highly recommend poshfairytail.

I loved my experience too with Posh Fairy Tails.. Our little Rosy is just beautiful.

She is about 5 years old now and still very active and playful and has the rosiest pretty pink skin color.. we love the Rose!!

You would what? You are anonymous?

Oh yes a friend of those scam artists for sure. I bet!!! She sells Parvo puppies and Distemper puppies. What you see on internet is not what you get.

Pictures are photoshopped. Poor babies destined to die. Mine died after 6 days I got her.

Distemper. I spent a lot for my poor baby in a vet clinic.

I am writing to inform people about a crime. Crime against poor puppies. I'll tell you all the story from the beginning.

3 dear friends of mine offered me a wonderful gift, a luxury puppy. They gave me money and I found a site, www.poshfairytail.com. I thougth they were reliable as they show pictures with Mr. Stallone. But I found out, after the scam and after a big research, that Mr. Stallone did not buy from that woman, Jina at poshfairytail, and I also found out her real name, as a friend helped me to find who's the site owner:

Name Soojin Callies.

Website is owned in California, right next to an airport.

Anyway I chose a puppy on her site whose name was Shooting Star and send her a wire transfer of $4050 on the day 2nd of February. She suggested a nanny service, One safe Journey whose paypal address is onesafejourney4u@***.com. I sent them $1648. My puppy arrived the day 24th of february in Rome. The first thing I noticed was that puppy was not the same as pictured, and this, for me, already is a scam. Then I looked at her documents, oh what a surprise: she wasn't american, but IMPORTED FROM KOREA!!! Who can tell if she comes from a Korean puppy mill??? Second: I immediately took her to the Vet. Doctor examined her teeth and said that puppy could not be 5 months as she hadn't any canine. Jina (Soojin Callies) and Korean documents state that puppy was born on September the 20th. Doctor said she was 2 or 3 months old. And this is a scam for me. A 2 or 3 months old PUPPY can't travel so she was illegally imported from Korea. Third:, the day after, the puppy start to feel bad. I took her to the vet and she has hypothermia. I could bring her home, but her situation got worse. When the day after she started to refuse food, I took her to the Vet Clinic. She was diagnosticated with Coccidiosis. Parvo also was suspected and she got both treatments against Parvo and Coccidia. She was also suspected with Distemper but tests haven't been done as the baby was too weak to stand an anesthesia. And this is a scam: A SICK; YOUNGER AND NOT AS PICTURED PUPPY illegally imported from Korea. My baby died the day 2nd of march and I asked for a necropsy. I'll get the results in 10 days. I also turned a video and I shared it on youtube, I think it could be interesting for you to watch it. If you need to vision all documents, receipts, vet bills screeenshots of the site and conversations, pictures of the real puppy, I am here waiting for you.

Thank you for your attention.

She did same exact thing to me. I bought a different puppy than the one I received & it died within a week.

The travel probably killed her as she was probably too small & unhealthy. Jina had the audacity to call me a murderer.

Guest

I am so sorry about what happened to you Brenda. Thank you very much for sharing. xoxo

One Safe Journey is rude and has brought me a dog that passed out when they took it out of the carrier. I asked them what was the matter and they said its not their fault.

They said they had to go and get on flight . Asked me to sign I got the puppy and they left. I refused to sign and the guy screamed at me.

My dog had sugar shock from the trip and needed a snack from the long trip. DO not use these people rude and very unprofessional.

Guest

Angela, what did you think of the flight nanny: OnesafeJourney4u? I ask because I just sent them $ to transport 2 pups from Wichita to San Francisco early January? Thanks, Phil

Hello, Phil thank you for your comment. Please read my comment of the 9th of march.

Nanny said he travelled by Kuwait air. I called Kuwait air and I was told "no trace of dog loaded whether pax or cargo". I asked him a refund, I opened a paypal dispute. He won as paypal does not refund money used for shipping.

That nanny service was considered shipping. This is my personal experience, but it is up to you to decide what to do. Thank you.

Take care. Angela

Thank the lord I saw your review. I was almost going to PM this lady about a Pom!

I am so sorry about what happened to you and for the animal abuse that occurred on its trip over. No one should ever have to go through what you went through.

Thank you for saving me money and so much heartache. I will not be buying from this breeder.

Angela- my heart aches for you. I lost my 12 year old yorkie on March 2nd and to see you holding your baby like I did mine made me cry again.

I have found another precious baby but I went through several people and puppy mills before I found a real breeder who has healthy puppies. I learned lots of tricks to help spot a scam that i will be happy to share with you. I am also horrified to hear poshfairytales is located in Sunnyvale CA just a few miles from me in San Jose CA. They were one f the sites I looked at when I started my puppy search.

Thank you for posting your video- you saved me a lot of heartache and money that i could have spent had I bought from them. if you would like me to share the name of the breeder I found I will also be delighted to do so. Though my baby is a yorkie. She does come with a 5 year health warranty and for 5 generations her parents and grand parents have all been genetically and DNA tested to be free of the genetic defects commonly associated with yorkies who are not properly bred.

The breeder is a "Breeder of Merit" with the American Kennel Club- which is the highest sort of "vetting" a breeder may obtain in the US. And best of all...her pups are 1500 with a spay neuter contract. This is an extremely fair price. Like I said...I feel so bad for you and your courage and obvious heartbreak in the video were so compelling I felt I needed to reach out to you.

Please let me know if you are interested in either the tips I learned to spot a bad breeder or scammer...or if you would like my breeders name and info. You deserve to have a healthy happy fur baby and I hope you will find the perfect pup. My little Roxie is helping me to deal with the loss of my Chanel. If I can help you heal your heart with the information I have available to me I would consider it an honor to do so.

I'm Paula and you can reach me at paula@***.com. By the way I have absolutely nothing to do with selling or breeding dogs- I am a professional vocalist as you can see on my website paulaharrismusic.com. I just read your story and felt moved to reach out to try to help.

But no matter what...I hope your heart heals and you can find another little one to love.

Bug hugs

Poshfairytail - Pomeranian Puppy Review from New Haven, Connecticut

I bought a dog from posh fairy tail from a women called ginger. I paid 6,500 dollars, I was told that the dog was one of the smallest Pomeranians She had ever seen.

I am a senior citizen as well as my husband. When I got the dog, I asked for a dog with a face similar to a teddy bears. Regardless of these requests I got a dog with a pointy nose and was overly energetic. Moreover, she was 11 pounds even though I was told the dog would be very light.

Due to the dog being way too energetic I could not control her or calm her down, which lead to me having a lot of frustration.

We are still paying off the loan for this dog and I personally believe with no doubt that anybody who buys a Pomeranian from Ginger is a scam. I am requesting for help from anyone to help me stop these people from scamming pet owners, they changed their name and therefore they are able to get away with this.

Yes I am thinking of purchasing from Poshfairytail & want all the information I can get before wiring $$$$ to Jina the owner. Thanks for helping me!

All Pomeranian puppies are high energy, ask any breeder. For $6,500 you could have bought a retiring show dog with champion pedigree and was already trained and ready to go, with change left over...

Not teacup. Dont believe Gina.

I bought a 4 month old 'tiny micro teacup' shi tzu girl from Gina Callie, owner of poshfairytail in May. I was told the puppy weighted 14 Oz at the time and would be 2.5 - 3 lb full growth. When I picked her up at the airport, she weighted 1 lb and 14 oz. I called Gina, she only said 'oh i guess she gained weight' and didnt give a *** and clearly showed she couldnt care less. The puppy was severely malnourished when I picked her up I could feel her bony frame under the fur. The rib cage and pelvic bones were protruding and her head was way to big for her thin body. I fed her only 3 tbsp of organic food each meal and she doubled her weight in a month. Right now she weights almost 4 lb and probably will be at least 5-6 lb full growth, nowhere near 'tea cup' Gina claimed.

Gina is just a *** artist and she would say whatever it takes to get you money. After that she didnt care. She never cares how the puppy does, or if there is any problem with the puppy. Thank goodness the puppy is healthy and happy and I love her, hence I didnt pursue legal actions against this person. I'm sure this happens to other people as well. They fall in love with the dog and dont want to sue this woman.

Do not buy from poshfairy. For the price she charges, you should get a tea cup puppy she promised.

She's located in VA when I bought from her.

Guest

I'm the original poster... The dog is now supposed to be 1 year old but 8.2 Lb and still growing (slowing down at least)...

That means she lied about the age of the puppy. She still has 2 baby teeth left. I believe she was sent to me at 1.5-2 months old instead of 4-4.5 months as claimed by Gina Callie.

You're buying a regular-sized puppy, not a teacup.

The price is outrageous for a regular dog.

Dont buy from this liar.

I had a great experience with Poshfairytail

I bought a Shitzu puppy called Polkadot and she was exactly the same as the video. She arrived with the puppy service you mentioned. The puppy that came out was happy, healthy and very well adjusted to this day. My experience was VERY POSITIVE with no scam at all. You may have had that experience, but I can only share mine. I live in Los Angeles and I found Jina to be very honest with me over the phone about my my puppy and she even offered to give my money back as I was so scared due to the negative reviews I read. That is why I bought my dog, her honesty. Also I took her to my vet immediately and there was no problem. Puppy mills are every where not just Korea. I don't think my dog came from a puppy mill, simply just too socialized and loving. Not one issue of fear or sickeness. I'm sorry for your experience. It is only fair I share my good fortune.

Review from New York, New York

About a year ago I purchased a teacup yorkie from Jina and there is nothing wrong with my puppy. She is healthy and weighs under 2 lbs.

I read all the bad comments about her before my purchase but after speaking to her on the phone I was sold. She is such a nice person and I hate people who talk bad about her. I want to suggest to everyone dont read these bogus rumors instead talk to her before making any judgement agaisnt her. Its obvious the bad comments refer to her as "GINA" when her name is spelled Jina.

Anybody that knows her or especially who bought a puppy should know her name is spelled Jina. Please think people before reading junk online!!!!.

WoW - You read all sorts of bad things about Jina and the several puppy mills she has running, no, wait - you only mentioned Posh Fairy Tail. Ok, let's keep it to just the one business.

So, you were a little concerned about this breeder, but you spoke to her on the phone and she insisted that her business was legitimate. Are you kidding me? What do you think she was going to say to you, "I'm a crook, my pictures of puppies are false, and don't send me 5 grand because people are *** and write my name as Gina, not Jina"

I can not, for the life of me, get over how naive you are. I am sure that if you bought a dog from Jina with a J, that it is either dead, or you are into the vet for thousands of dollars.

Please, the next time something like this happens, you speak with someone that is logical and has common sense.

It is true that God watches over drunks and fools.

Do not waste your money I spent 12k on a suposidly teacup she turned out not to be a teacup and all Gina can say is I'm sorry I'll give u a discount so I can spend another 7 thousand on another puppy she sell young puppies and says they are 6 months old but in reality they are 6 weeks old I bought a puppy from someone for 600 and it turned out smaller and prettier than the dog I bought I know they say pay for what you get well not in this case and there are many other people that bought from her have the same complaint she shouldn't charge that price if they are not going to be the size she lies about

Poshfairytail.com Jina Onceuponateapup.com Sells Parvo Puppies!

I purchased a maltese and a yorkie from this puppy broker and found out her puppies were imported from Korean puppy mill breeder from www.jungpuppyclub.com. I have found this seller has been buying and reselling puppies illegally and importing these puppies to the USA under the required age of 6 months old.

I have an investigator looking into this seller. Her name is Jina at Poshfairytail.com Posh fairy tail puppies sells puppies that are much younger than what is advertised as my vet said my puppies were barely 8 weeks old when I took them in to their first vet visit and she told me they were already 4 months old. She false advertises puppies and states they are healthy. My maltese was diagnosed with parvo within 3 days of arrival to me and the puppy died 2 days later.

The yorkie also was diagnosed with parvo as well 3 days after my maltese was diagnosed. She did survive but, we ended up having over $9, 000.00 worth of vet bills. This seller should be shut down and I have found out I can contact CDC and also customs where the puppies are coming in at Washington Dulles. I have found that she brings in 4 to 6 puppies at one time from this Korean puppy mill.

Jung puppy club is also being investigated in Korea as well for selling sick dogs to USA buyers. I spoke with another company who was brokering his puppies and they explained to me the problems with puppies age and that they are bringing puppies in at 5 and 6 weeks old and lying on health government official papers to get them into USA.

This is a huge crime and I am collecting all documents to submit to CDC and also USDA to shut this seller down. I am going to share my story and hopefully other people who have dealt with this seller will come forward and we together can make it known.

Really sad and dissapointing....greed is not good for people.....they sell dogs too young and sick for more money...it's not good...I'm positive people would pay just the same for a dog old enough and that isn't sick to death...shame shame shame on horrible people!!!!!!!!

Guest

I was so close to send money, let me tell you why I decided not to..

First off I asked for a new video and for them to weigh her with my name and date on a piece of paper. It was not the same as the pictures on their website.

Two, I started getting at least 5 - 10 calls middle of the night and early morning as he was asking me to send the money to their bank asap.

Who does that?

Not professional at all...

I am gullible but not *** they put 2 - 6 week old puppies online and say they are much older and will weigh 2 or 3 pounds at most.

Yes they are from Korea and you will not get what you see. These people are money hungry scammers. Please buy a pup from your local breeders, you will save thousands.

And you will get what you pay for! Stay away from poshfairytail, and bowpup.....

People this is why you do not purchase from companies that sell more than 1 breed, puppy shops etc. Please buy from responsible breeders, who dedicates just to 1 breed. When you see someone is selling more than 1 breed is usually a puppy mill..RUN

Guest

I purchased a Maltese from Jina about 8mos ago and I must say he was and still is perfect. There were absolutley no health issues and as someone said earlier he was already *** *** pad trained.

Which was a relief because I have two children and it just made things so much easier. It was very evident to me that Jina truly loves and takes care of all of her puppies.

As we talked more and more on the phone she always was very informative and honestly just a sweet person. So to Jina, I hope you continue doing what you love and can continue to provide people with the most amazing puppies.

Guest

Jina is ok, but Ginger is a complete scam artist! Do not buy from Ginger, you will be as sorry as I was.

Once Upon a Teapup photoshops their dogs extremely. You will be unpleasantly surprised when you get your dog! She is the type that knows the law in and out and knows exactly what she can pull and get away with it! She is very quick to the tongue and very up in your face if there is a problem, not a nice person to deal with especially if you confront her on the dog NOT LOOKING THE PICTURE.

Contact the local Humane Society in her area if you have bought on of her dogs that are shipped at very young ages into the USA from Korea...you will only get a photoshopped picture of the puppy. If your vet suggests that the puppy is younger than it was said to be, please keep your documentation from the vet and send it in to her local Humane Society for continued investigations.

Guest

OH YEAHRE THING::: We took Rosie the day before yesterday to the vets for her check up, and it’s common knowledge of the issues with Maltese teacup dogs to have crowded teeth, fragile bones, low blood sugar, and weak internal organs and some say hard to potty train.. We all know this before going getting into buying such an expensive puppy..

However, it was just the opposite here with her.. Her teeth are straight, and lined just right,(no over or under ***) and she uses the *** mat perfect, NEVER MISSES.. I know she must have a tiny bladder, because the vet said that would explain why she runs to the mats 4 or 5 times every 10 or 15 minutes… But as she grows, her organs will grow to. The vet said she was still a baby..

But either way, the *** is not on my floor, its on a *** mat… So she is paper trained..

Therefore, she is more of a blessing then a burden on me... She will be four months soon and she is 1.4 lbs… Thanks again JINA for a beautiful puppy… PEOPLE

Poshfairytail Teacup Puppies

I usually don?t post comments online but after reading some of Poshfairytail complaints; I had no choice but to post my thoughts. About 2 years ago my wife lost her father; after her lost of her father she fell into a deep depression. I was searching online to buy a puppy for my wife when I ran into Poshfairytail.

During the whole process she took care of both of us and helped us find the perfect Maltese puppy girl. When my wife got the puppy named now ?Abbey? she fell in love with the puppy. The puppy has fully grown and my wife told me she is around 15 ounces.

When I first bought the puppy I didn?t realize; I should have posted some good comments about her but after you buy a puppy you really don?t go back to write comments about her. The way she handled us was amazing and I really don?t believe Jina would be a person who would sell puppies that are not perfect. During our process, she was very picky on finding my wife the perfect puppy and pointed out which puppy was right for us.

when you read other complaints about Jina please take into consideration of our great experience because there are other views and experiences. Right now I am looking for another puppy from Jina so Abbey can have a sister.

Looking at the posh fairytale website, it's ridiculously obvious that the videos of the puppies are SO Photoshopped!

I was looking at the "teacup" Maltese puppy, and anyone with at least two brain cells in their head could see that the tongue of this puppy was not actually it's own tongue!

What dogs tongue is always sticking out like that????

They just Photoshop it because it makes the puppy look even cuter.

Look at it when it's panting, you can see that it's tongue is not real.

As another poster pointed out, no puppy has eyes that large (unless it has a genetic defect). Also, by Photoshopping, they can bring the eyes, nose and mouth closer together, thus making the head look bigger, which makes the face even cuter than it already is- think of the Hello Kitty character - large eyes, cute little nose all on a large head.

Here's the memo: IT'S AN ILLUSION!!

I've never bought a puppy from this breeder, so I can't attest to the quality of their pups, but it ticks me off when people perpetrate false advertising.

Guest

15 oz for any adult puppy or even 2-3 pounds is NEVER a good thing!! Its unhealthy and you drop 4k and up then your puppy dies within a year because of health defects are much more common in teeny puppies.

Yes may be cuter but I raised poms for 9 years now 5 pounds is still small but healthy weight.

People need to be aware of these things from Breeders who try to sell these unhealthy puppies and doctoring and dubbing in the HUGE so big it looks rediculous eyes. People they do NOT look like that in person!!

Guest

I too purchased my baby Mishka from Jina over a year ago and I wish I could have another one because this little went way beyond my expectations as far as personality, looks, size, temperament, everything! She is amazing and I love her.

She is the cutest ever and people always comment when I take her out with me. She was already trained to ride in the car too. Perfect in every way! I would give Posh Fairy Tails only the highest possible reviews.

I happened upon this review site trying to go to the website to see what is available right now.

I can always Dream. Jina did not ask for a review.

Guest

I lost $4500 from her. She does a bait and switch.

She claims the pics are not doctored but I got a completely different dog. Her dogs are all photoshopped and when you get them after they have been starved they gain weight like a malnurished puppy would.

She always estimates the weight to be 2-2.5lbs but make sure you know that you will spend $4-15K and they will double, sometimes triple the estimated weight. NEVER AGAIN~!

Your post made me think twice. Did you ever find a legitimate person to buy a maltese that would weigh around the 2 to 2.5 lb.

All in all anyone who would buy a puppy from a breeder is asking for trouble. 99% of breeders are just in it for the money & use their dogs like breeding machines, have genetic problems caused by inbreeding etc.

Avoid falling into the *** trap of getting a 'designer' puppy - all you are really getting is a genetic minefield & encouraging these breeders to further over-breed their animals. If you want a pet then do the right thing & ADOPT one!! There are (no exaggeration) MILLIONS of animals that are euthanized at shelters every year because no-one adopts them.

If you want a puppy to breed then you are just part of the over-breeding problem. Shame on you!!!

Guest

I have purchased 3 puppies from Jina of Posh Fairy Tail over the years and not only have all 3 puppies been healthy, happy, and as advertised, Jina has always been legitimate and professional. The health certificates have all been legitimate as well, as confirmed by the veterinarians she has taken them to.

I've seen with my own eyes that she genuinely cares for these puppies.

She is not affiliated with any other website other than her own, and anyone who claims to be working with her or endorsed by her is scamming you AND her.

Many websites have stolen her photos and presented her dogs as their own, making her the victim of these scams along with unsuspecting buyers. Do your research and trust your instincts--start by not trusting anyone who feels they need to tarnish her reputation and business by writing in all caps.

Ironically enough--I'm fairly certain Beverly Hills Teacups is one of the aforementioned scammers, who also posted here likely under multiple pseudonyms in an attempt to further bring Jina down.

Shameful. Anyone who has to put someone else's business down to boost up their own screams unprofessional and frankly, a little psychotic.

She scammed me too. The pictures are photo shopped and I got a totally different looking puppy.

Wrong size age and I'm sure it was a mixed breed. If you have the vet certificate that signed the health certificate when she sent you the dog. You should contact him. I heard another breeder just got charged for forging fake health certificate, in that case you have a good case against her.

You should contact the attorney general in VA like I did. So eventually someone will do something about her scams.

Posed as another vendor!

I contacted a Jung Puppy Vendor today who posed as someone else who is associated with the same company! I asked for Ginger and it was Jina!

She was a b*itch on top of it because I asked questions about the puppy's she is selling. She got angry and said "she doesn't have TIME to babysit customers!" She also said she doesn't have time to send an updated photo when they arrive to her home.....?! I wanted to make sure I'm getting the dog I pay for....what's wrong with that?! Quick to take money but not to guarentee anything.

She said she sells 6 dogs a week and picks her customers now....so I should buy from someone local because she's too busy to answer any questions. Please, what does all of that tell you!?
