They show items in their website that they dont have in stock. They take an eternity to process orders then cone back and tell you that your item isnt available. This has already happened twice, I wont be surprised if more than 50% of the items they show are unavailable / out of stock, There is no proper follow up. Clearly, nobody is responsible for managing and updating their inventory. Nobody is kissing with their designers to get updates. They informed me that a skirt I wanted was out of stock. I managed to find out who the designer is and reached out. She informed me that nobody followed up with her, because she DOES have stock. needless to say, they lost the sale. Came out looking unreliable, unprofessional, disorganised and extremely inexperienced at running an online business. It seems like they dont actually have anyone running the organisation. I got my skirt directly from the designer very quickly. Overall, 3 of the worst shopping experiences I have had.

User's recommendation: Don’t bother… go straight to the designers.

Poor Service, Bad Attitudes

Lovely website. Tried to order; everything was unavailable. Found their people (especially Miranda & Jennifer) to be not at all gracious, cooperative, or service-oriented –in fact, very defensive. Upon further homework and checking, found many negative reviews online -- so grateful I inadvertently dodged a bullet. Let the buyer beware.

They do not care about their customers!!!

I placed an order last week and followed up a few days later asking when they were going to ship my items. I bought some toys, a hair accessory and 1st Christmas *** Dress for my dog. You would think if you order over 10 days before Christmas from a online company based in California and you live in Las Vegas you would get it right away. NOPE! Within 2 days they mail me the hair accessory from a Texas Address. Last Friday when I emailed asking what the status on my order was they explained that it takes 3-5 days to ship (it had been at least 4 days) and that they would ship it out that day. Not only did they not ship it out Friday as they said they would in the email but they were too busy to do it Saturday and Monday they were able to kindly take a few minutes out of their day to create the Label and finally it was picked up in Rocklin, CA today!!!! Christmas is in a few days and they knew last week I needed the dress by early this week or I wanted to cancel because I would have no use for the dress. We had family portraits today and I pushed them to tomorrow because I believed a company who lied to me!!! Had they mailed it Friday like they said I would have received the dress yesterday! THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS JUST THEIR WALLETS!!!!! I will be returning the dress for a full refund or will be disputing with my credit card company! I HAVE ALL THE EMAILS PROVING EVERYTHING I AM STATING IS THE TRUTH!!! WISH I WOULD HAVE DONE MORE RESEARCH ON THIS COMPANY BEFORE PLACING MY ORDER!

HORRIBLE Customer Service!!!!

I Ordered a $300 pet carrier as a gift- said it would ship in 3-7 days. 3 WEEKS later, no carrier and no gift! I called, emailed and tried "live chat" to no avail. No response. Only when I asked to cancel the order did I get a response-they said I COULD NOT CANCEL! What!? I notified Paypal (thanks goodness this is how I paid) and they investigated. Turns out merchant has 14 days to ship product per agreement with Paypal! I received FULL credit back to my credit card. Posh Puppy Boutique was SO MAD they had to cancel M Y order-they had a FAKE lady call me as a collection agent! I called PayPal again, they took care of it. NEVER BUY FROM THEM, THEY DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS and will not respond to you!

Posh Puppy Boutique - Vest Review

Terrible just terrible. I received an email a week after I purchased the item letting me know the order is back order and the vest will not come in for several months and perhaps I would like a jersey instead. I emailed back and I asked them to refund me because it's a christmas present and I cannot wait for it. I received their auto replay email. A day later I recieve the exact same email. I responded again. Once again I sent them the email to refund me. Several days go by I hear nothing. I randomly received an email letting me know my item has shipped. To bad I asked for a refund twice and no longer want the item since they notified they will not have the items for months. I purchased an item from a different store. How could you put your customer in that kind of situation? How could you email me twice asking the same thing?!? They asked what I wanted And I wanted a refund not the item. They should listen to request not ignore them.

Problem with delivery

No clarity; waiting game

I ordered a rhinestone collar and a faux mink dog bed for my new puppy. Anticipating a bit of shipping time I ordered December 13, 2013 hoping to receive them by the new year. When purchasing the dog bed, the price was listed and the product availability stated a 1-2 weeks delivery time. I used my credit card to purchase the items and on the confirmation page the bed was listed with a 2-3 week "processing" time. "Processing" was not listed on the ad page. I took screen shots of every step of the purchase process just in case I would have to dispute any issue later and it looks like that was wise. I contacted them by phone and I spoke with April who wasn't rude but wasn't quite customer-service-like-one-expects who said she'd have the collar shipped but the bed was custom made by a designer overseas who was busy through the holidays. Though the information she gave helped, this is all understandable by the consumer if it's made known PRIOR to purchase so one can make an educated decision. It's my belief that they do not share the information prior to purchase because the believe consumers would not purchase their products and they would be correct. I would have decided against buying the bed had I known the actual timeframe. Also, the cc was charged instantly but I could not refund my order because it had already begun "processing" even though they were closed for business at that time. So far, I have received the collar but the bed I paid $120 for is not here today 1-7-14. On my tracking page it's still listed as "processing" though the three weeks maximum processing time passed last Friday. I've received no further updates though I've requested them from April twice via email since first speaking with her. I am very annoyed and disappointed by the shady, quick sale tactics I've experienced and what seems to be no more than waiting and waiting. I will not buy from them again.

Wrong order received

Wrong item received after a two week wait. They originally agreed to send me the correct item, then called back and rescinded that offer. They went on to blame the incorrect item order on us, and had no record of what we actually ordered besides a shipping label. They refused to exchange the item and pay for shipping. After asking to speak with the manager, I was connected to an extremely rude woman, who refused to answer my questions and then hung up on me. When I tried calling back, they would not answer the phone. Literally the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

RIPOFF

In July I placed an order and after 3 weeks I didn't receive it for a dog coat. After calling AND CALLING AND CALLING I finally recieved a message stating that the jacket was out of stock (all though the website did state that in was in fact in stock) in the size medium and if they could send me a large they also said they tried to reach me by email which was a complete LIE. I have yet to hear from them they had no problem taking my *** $60 for a *** jacket and still havent sent it. They should state that it will take you WEEKS AND MONTHS to recieve your order. Maybe by the time it actually gets here my dog will be a LARGE I AM TOO THROUGH WITH THIS PLACE!!

What brand name was the jacket you were trying to buy?

If it was Romy and Jacob, they are a total scam, and probably lied to Posh Puppy.

Posh Puppy is only a retailer, so they depend on the actual suppliers/brand names, which could be where you had an issue.
