I emailed customer service twice about 4 items that were a gift and never got a response.
I haven't heard about sending them back to exchange the items. If I need to return with a mailing label I need to get the info.

I bought a pair of pajamas for my wife and my daughter. I had time left to return the ones for my wife, but it said the window closed on June 4, but it was only June 2 and it wouldnt let me return it so I sent an email and I still have not received a response Therefore posh peanut sauce

Kicks customers off of their Facebook page because they complain about the shipping. They are incapable of accepting negative feedback.
Your quality, customer service, and shipping times are terrible compared to other brands. Get over it.

Refund , did not get all of my money back???
Refund what I paid. The out fit I ordered was nice.
I ordered XL top it was too small, ordered XL pant too big. Love the color. This was a gift for my sister.
Had to return both pieces, got 46.00+, paid 52.00. I wanted to order myself same top and pants for myself, but I wont , because if it dont fit I would loose more $.

Damaged dress
I bought the ballerina slipper dress for my granddaughter earlier this spring. She adores the dress.
My daughter reported to me that the hem fold, (not the hem seam) of the dress is unraveling and threads of fabric are hanging down from the fold. I purchased the dress from Wishes, The Kids Store in Avon, Colorado. It was a size 7. The owner of the store suggested I contact you directly to notify you of this damage and request a replacement.
Is that possible?
