Shipping issue

I needed expedited shipping and it didn't give me that option even though it said I could expedite it and get it by New Year's Eve or New Year's Day if placed by the 24th. I have placed the order, but I need it expedited.

Kicks customers off of their Facebook page because they complain about the shipping. They are incapable of accepting negative feedback.

Your quality, customer service, and shipping times are terrible compared to other brands. Get over it.

Refund what I paid. The out fit I ordered was nice.

I ordered XL top it was too small, ordered XL pant too big. Love the color. This was a gift for my sister.

Had to return both pieces, got 46.00+, paid 52.00. I wanted to order myself same top and pants for myself, but I wont , because if it dont fit I would loose more $.

Damaged dress

I bought the ballerina slipper dress for my granddaughter earlier this spring. She adores the dress.

My daughter reported to me that the hem fold, (not the hem seam) of the dress is unraveling and threads of fabric are hanging down from the fold. I purchased the dress from Wishes, The Kids Store in Avon, Colorado. It was a size 7. The owner of the store suggested I contact you directly to notify you of this damage and request a replacement.

Is that possible?
