Placed an order for our upcoming wedding. We ordered a case of cups (240).

We received the order with only a 100 cups. Called CS (which is really great btw) and resent with a note of missing 140 cups. They expedited the shipping since the wedding was getting closer. We received the cups but the box was really torn up.

In fact the packaging taping was coming off when we received it. The kicker is that we were STILL missing cups! I called again and they just refunded almost 6 dollars with a 10 dollar store credit.

I said thanks but no thanks we definitely will not be ordering with them again. Go to webresturant.com or smartyhadaparty for quicker, faster, and more reliable shipping/party needs.

My fiance ordered a wedding set for our wedding and the plates came in broken not good !!!!!!!

I saw some of these reviews and called, as I am planning for my wedding. Speaking to the owner, He explained that they are a fast growing business and there was a learning curve for the first couple of months.

All complaints were dealt with with customer is ALWAYS right mind set He also pointed out they have a independent rating system with Shopper Approved and that there feed back is over 97%! In addition if you notices. he explained , most of the issues where over 1 year ago.. I gave them a chance and I have to say - I loved my experience.

Definitely recommend to all my friends!!

ORDER WITH CAUTION, and order WAY in advance! We ordered some supplies for our outdoor wedding, and not only do they charge you an arm and a leg for shipping, they completely messed up our order--arrived with over half of the items completely missing, and the counts of what we did receive were wrong (read: under the amount we needed).

We got in touch and they wouldn't match the current site-wide discount because it was higher than the discount we applied to our original order. Eventually they budged a little and gave $10 off our order plus $5 off future orders--not much use to us since we definitely didn't plan on using them again. We were then given tracking information for the rest of our items. Also, when we got in touch we only THEN discovered that one of the items we ordered was out of stock.

They never notified us of this. So...they were going to let us order something and take our money for it, but never let us know that we weren't going to get it? Well, we got one more shipment box, but we were still completely missing two items from our order! Had to get in touch again (side note: they NEVER answer the phone, have only ever been able to get in contact via their online chat which is not really the best way to get clarity on things) and turns out they forgot to give us the tracking number for ANOTHER box that was on it's way.

Summary: It's been a month of waiting....getting a package...seeing items are still wrong/missing...trying to get in touch....getting in touch and only being given half of the information we need....Honestly not sure what the heck is going on over there but they need to get it together. Definitely not using them again.

I got married in the summer and wanted a summery color scheme. The customer service rep walked Me through all my choices.

The order arrived within days and I was very happy with the quality and the look of the products.

I've placed several orders with Posh Party Supplies for special occasions. I've always been satisfied with the quality of the items I've ordered however, they go out of their way to make it extremely difficult for you to return any unused items.

In today's internet shopping market this is a set back to their on line market. As a result I will not place any future orders with Posh. There are many other on line vendors who offer the same quality merchandise but are much more "consumer" friendly and reasonable.

I find it interesting that it's difficult to review their service on their website. Buyer beware!

If they are out of a product or fail ti send you the items you order, they will simply lie and say they will send them, and have sent them and YOU will NEVER get your items.

And... Send them back your order and they will charge YOU a restocking fee.

I purchased a bunch of plates and silverware for my upcoming wedding. Decided I'd purchase through POSH Party Supplies since the name said it all and POSH was exactly what I was searching for.

I paid $260.00 for all of the items and when I received them I was so dissatisfied with the quality of all products. They were all very cheap, some cups were cracked in the shipping process. In all honesty, the dollar store has better quality! I contacted customer service at Posh Party Supplies and they stated that the return policy was a 15% restocking fee which is roughly $61 dollars of my purchase and I had to pay for shipping on the return.

The shipping cost me $62 dollars!!! This was the ABSOLUTE WORST purchase I have ever made!

The quality was not at all "POSH". I would not recommend this site for purchasing your party needs.

It was such a disappointment especially when it comes to a brides big day. I would NOT serve my guests on such cheap dinnerware, Cutlery and cups. Using these items would be a huge embarrassment!

The site says POSH and Elegant. There is noting posh or elegant about the cheap plastic ware that is less than desirable.

stay away - not worth the time or effort prices not good after you see quality - Chinese ***, in short nice pictures but real quality is *** - they pack the items very poorly and there for hard plastic cups crack ( like stems) for the prices they charge for shipping it is not cheap especially the way it is packed / delivered - will be cheaper going to a local store & picking what you like
