When will I receive the rest of my order... Qty:2 Coral Dinner Napkins(673146b-50 $8.56Qty: 1 Coral 3 ply Dinner Napkins 1/4 Fold - 250 per case $ 35.53.I'm trying to get ready for my wedding.

Please ship the rest of my order. #87746. Please call me.

ASAP it's getting close to my wedding date. What else do I need to do, this is ridiculous having to write all this...just to get the rest of my order.

Hi,I see that the rest of your order was delivered. I am sorry you did not get all your napkins together with the rest of your order.

It was definitely an oversight in the warehouse. Due to your extra aggravation of having to contact us about the missing napkins, I was able to add a $10 store credit for future use.Sincerely,Malka

Triple Check & order way in advance

Placed an order for our upcoming wedding. We ordered a case of cups (240). We received the order with only a 100 cups. Called CS (which is really great btw) and resent with a note of missing 140 cups. They expedited the shipping since the wedding was getting closer. We received the cups but the box was really torn up. In fact the packaging taping was coming off when we received it. The kicker is that we were STILL missing cups! I called again and they just refunded almost 6 dollars with a 10 dollar store credit. I said thanks but no thanks we definitely will not be ordering with them again. Go to webresturant.com or smartyhadaparty for quicker, faster, and more reliable shipping/party needs.
