No customer service. Digitbot no help

I applied for a DBS Credit Card, paid the bill promptly for the 1st month. Then i applied for monthly Giro. Got a shock to receive a $100 late payment fee + finance charge of $54 for 2nd mth. Applied for Giro again in case my earlier application didn't get through but the system responded with message that I had already applied for one. Online request for waiver declined twice ?!!! No one to speak to. What a disappointment with service or no service.
