Paw prints photography at Petco

I had pictures taken in May and the photographer wrote on my receipt "3 weeks" for pics to arrive. Well, 4 months later, after numerous phone calls,voice mails & e-mails, I hadn't received a single response or my pictures This company does not answer the phone or return calls or e-mails!. After filing a formal complaint with Petco, I finally received my pictures. Do NOT deal with this photography company! I appreciate Petco for getting me my pics,but they should not affiliate themselves with such a poor company. To the previous pissed consumer, you were lucky your session was cancelled. Much less hassle than trying to get pics after the fact!

PORTRAITS UNLEASHED- NO PICTURES

WE HAD A PHOTO TAKEN AT THE PETCO IN WESLACO,TEXAS ON JULY,1, 2012..STILL NO PICTURES. WE CALLED THE PHONE NUMBER AND LEFT A MESSAGE EVERY DAY FOR THREE WEEKS WITH NO REPLY..NOW WHEN YOU CALL IT SAYS THE NUMBER IS BLOCKED SO NOW WE CAN NOT EVEN LEAVE A MESSAGE.CALLED PETCO AND THE SAME PROBLEM..NO ONE WILL CALL US BACK..we had photos taken before that turned out great.GOING TO GO TO PETCO IN PERSON TOMORROW - - NO MORE PHONE CALLS, WOULD REALLY LIKE THE PHOTOS.......NOT FOR SUREWHAT ELSE WE CAN DO.rgvmspigg

Petco unleashed at elk grove, ca---

Took my two dogs for photos and ordered a package with framed photos, canvas with a mug in June and have not recieved anything!! I've left numerous messages on their phone without any call back. Cannot locate their web site pawsprintspicss.com!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My order was worth $300.00 No status as of yet.......Is this a scam even left message at the Petco store for the store manager to give my complaint to pawprints photo. I thought it would be legitimate since the service was through Petco. I am so dissappointed!! It has been over two months now and the order was suppose to be shipped between 4-6 weeks.

It has basically turned into a scam. I was a photographer for the company for 6 months and got smart and quit after not being paid for my services (along with lots of the other photographers.) I had customers dating back to March that still have not gotten their packages.

Go to facebook and search for a page called portraits unleashed, paw prints photography, you can find out some info on here. Paw Prints never really launched their paw prints website but they do still have their other website, portraitsunleashed.com

Portraits Unleashed-THE WORST

I took my dog to the Petco in Forestville, MD on June 23, 2012 and she took pictures with this company. I was promised to have her pictures back in two weeks afte rthe photo shoot. Today is oneday shy of a month since the photo session and I still have yet to receive any pics. WHAT IS GOING ON? SEND MY PICS since I gave you my money. Also there isn't an legitimate contract in reference to Portraits Unleashed having any ownership or you allowing them to own the images of your animal for their person al usage. I will never use them again.

Pissed about Pictures!

I had my 6 yr old daughter's pic taken with her dog on May 12, 2012. I was told that in 2 weeks we would get the pictures in the mail. It has been 3 months and I still do not have them. I called the photographer several times (Paw Prints Photography), but could only leave a message. So after about 2 months of waiting I contacted Petco. Petco was going to get back to me after researching my complaint and a month later I still have not heard from them. I called them today and learned that I am not the only one this has happened to & that they are going to offer me a refund! Well I would much rather have my pictures!!!!! I have been waiting 3 months for them! I am not happy with Paw Prints photography or Petco! I should have received a call back a month ago when I first addressed this issue with them. I should not have had to call them back. I also contacted their corporate office last week and still haven't heard back form them.

Paw Prints Photography at Petco

I signed up on a list to take my puppy for pictures. I had 3pm appointment for the day that these photographers would be there. I arrived on time, I was told by th store manager who had the list of people with appointments that she was sorry but that they had cancelled. It was 106 degrees we were all hot including my dog, I think it was a lack of professionalism for the photographers not to let anyone know that they were cancelling. I took time out of my day, and no one called us, not the store, and notthe photography business. I will definitely NOT do any business with them at all.

I would like to know how to get my money refunded since it looks like no one is ever getting their portraits printed and shipped. I have had the same problem for over 3 months and they have not returned my messages since I last spoke to someone over a month ago.

I am very sorry for the employees that have been scammed and now out of work but they are not the only ones. I assumed they were legitimate since it was at a petco store, but obviously I wasted my time and hard earned money and I need my money back.

i had pictures taken at petco unleashed. i spent $91 on a full package on my pup's 1 year photo shoot.

the 6 month ones turned out fine and they came on time. now i've been waiting about 3-4 months, back in june, for this new set. the photo company will not call me back and my credit card statement shows that i have been charged. don't really know what to do.

they have *** customer service, which is pretty much non-existenet. Probably will never do petco portraits ever again.

I'm SO glad to have found this page. I've been in the process of trying to get a hold of someone at Paw Prints because it's been three months since my photos were taken.

I've been given multiple time frames in which I should expect to receive them. After getting a voicemail from someone named Debbie who was vague when she mentioned some problem in May that caused all the orders to go into a "back log," I have yet to receive my order. In addition, I'm not even able to get through to an actual human being at PPP because either I'm directed to their voicemail, or am now finding that their mailbox has been full for the last day. Nobody's since called me back and I'm ready for justice!

If your photographer's name was Sonya Wallace, I have her cell number and the contact information of her boss in California.

Please respond to this message and I will be more than glad to share whatever information I have with you. I'm not sure if she's just a contractor with Paw Prints or their employee.

Be VERY GLAD your session was canceled! This company seems to be a major scam; have been waiting for my photos for 3 months.

Was this a Petco store you were getting the photos done in? If so I'm appalled they are still doing business with them.

I didn't want to blame Petco for anything, but after all the complaints, if they are still hiring them to do photos people should stop going to Petco for ANYTHING! If Petco is still willing to subject their customers to this kind of scam, they should start paying the price!

The reason this happened is because the company's owner has not paid his photographers for 1-2 months. And all of a sudden last week; the owners seemed to have disappeared.

The photographers weren't given their weekly assignments; though many had decided to not work until they got paid. It's actually good that you didn't have portraits anyways because all summer our customer's prints haven't been getting printed and sent out. We've all been scammed. David Myers has pocketed his customer's money; not paid his employees (oh sorry we're actually not employees, we're independent contractors so who knows if we'll even see our wages) and has probably run off.

Many of the photographers now can't pay their bills; and probably can't afford a lawyer to take him to court. Sorry that Petco didn't call you before you made the trip down.

They should've called to cancel everybody. But you should be thanking your lucky stars that you ended up not spending your money on pictures that probably wouldn't have been shipped to you!

Portraits unleashed/Paw prints photography

I have been waiting nearly 3 MONTHS for my photos that I spent over $50 on. The photographer was amazing and got some great shots of my dogs and I just couldn't chose so I picked extras and spent the money on them. Last time I spoke with someone they promised me my photos would be here in two weeks and it is now over 3 weeks later. I have left messages on the phone line that now goes straight to a voicemail service, I have left emails about my concerns and now reaching out on facebook to try and get some answer. Instead I get my comment deleted and I'm being ignored. I take this as HORRIBLE customer service. Waiting this long for photos to be printed out is crazy. Now they are ignoring their PAYING customers as well. I contacted corp at Petco since they work with them, and even they state they are having an overwhelming amount of complaints about the company. They helped me by looking up my petco pals card the exact date i purchased, what i purchased and the price i paid. Petco was a huge help in trying to get my photos or money back. I have not resolved my problem yet but hope that NO ONE uses this company again. If you are having issues yourself I recommend calling petco corp number at 1-88*-824-****. Also who knew that those "discount" cards would come in so handy!

I too am extremely upset; took my Pom in on June 9th, 2012 at the Gresham OR Petco the photographer indicated that I would see my pictures in 3 weeks; when I did not receive them I called the Paw Prints phone number she wrote down should I not receive them at that time. When I called they stated that they were behind and would actually take 4-6 weeks; I kept on calling and got nowhere; I finally called Petco and was given a Petco Corp phone number and called that and got a reference number and they indicated that someone would call and let me know; I have not let up, it is now October 8th..and still no pictures.

Someone from Petco "Veronica" called me on Sept 27th and stated that they still do not have pictures from the 9th of June, but would still look, but that I could get a refund from them; told her that I really want those pictures and told her that I personally sat there with the photographer and viewed & picked out those pictures, so I know that she took them and that they are there! I also told Veronica that my Pom just had knee surgery and that those pics mean a lot to me; she then stated that she would put me at the top of the list.

(I have heard that before.) I told Veronica I am really counting on getting those pictures! But yes, if anyone is taking action on this; please count me in!

I took my dog to get her photos on 5-18-12 and went thru what everyone did ( calling them all the time, complaining to the store, etc.) Nothing happened until TODAY 9-10-12 almost 4 months later I received my pictures! I thought I would never see them and was upset because she was 9 months old and they were so cute.

I hope everyone gets their pictures, especially the ones that lost their beloved pet. I was very shocked to see them as I thought I never would. But I will never take my dog there again for any portrait.

Sorry I know it's not the store's or photographer's fault but it left a bad taste in my mouth. Good luck to everyone and I hope you get your pictures!!

I got photo's taken of myself with my 2 Pitbull's On the 7th of July.I got these photos taken because I knwe my senior Pit wasn't gonna be around much longer.Sadley He passed away a week after they were taken.It's not about the money nor refund.It's about the memorie of his last picture taken.I could easily go to another photograper but my 1 pitbull is no longer with us.I just want some answer's form somebody.I was so excited to them done but now I'm heart broken that My dream didn't happen.Please Please send my photo's

I've been having the same problem as well. We had our pictures taken on June 30.

The girl who took the pictures was fantastic with our puppy, and she told us it would be about 4-6 weeks for the pictures. It's been 9 now, and we can't seem to get ahold of anyone. I've called and left messages at all hours of the day. I called once, got a busy signal, and then tried again and it went to voicemail.

I've also emailed them several times, to no avail. I will be contacting Petco about this ASAP.

I was an area supervisor for this comapny up until the beginning of augest. There is a facebook page that explains the problem with the company.

Do a search on Facebook for Paw Prints Photography, Portraits Unleashed and you will be able to see that almost all of the photographers have not been paid in almost 2 months and that most orders don't since the beginning of may have not and more then likely will not be completed. David Myers (Owner) has not paid the lab since April and the lab stopped doing orders because of this.

Please take all of your complaints about this issue to that FB page. Petco corp is monitoring the page and we have a lot of useful information that can help you.
