I had questions regarding an item that was not ordered. I was satisfied with the explanation given by the representative.

This is the second time our family has had an issue with ordering from Portos. We really like their bakery items so we think of them for gifts.

The CS person said check spam/junk. But the funny thing is we get their advertisements. Next time I think we will use Apple Pay or Zelle. Let hassle.

We will still order but not their GC.

They did give me the GC code, but I had to search for CS number before I could speak to someone. Not the way to order gifts.

They did send me the code which I sent to the person. Shouldnt be so complicated.
