My claim my order was pickup from your bakery Thursday and today Monday not delivery, received about 8 e mail from FedEx. With different times and dates of delivery

Shipping Address: Tina Halpin, 239 Cecelia Acres Dr., Warminster, Pennsylvania 18974, United States. This order was not received, this is my second message to your bakery. She tried looking for it around the perimeter and could not locate it at all. It is so sad that I was bragging about how good the pastries are and then to lose it.
Your assistance on this matter is very much appreciated.
Thank you. My problem now is that she's leaving tomorrow morning for the holidays.
