Such a shame...
I was delighted to buy from Portmeirion, but disappointed at the quality for my items. I will just donate my products, and never shop from them again, not worth my money or time.

I ordered $120 worth of Christmas Slide. For $120 I got 4 small bowls and 4 side plates.
I bought them for my mother for Christmas to add to her collection. I had wrapped the box without looking inside. Christmas morning she opened it to find cheap PLASTIC bowls and plates. Who is the world would spend $120 for 4 plastic bowls and 4 plastic side plates.
100% SCAM!
Shame on www.portmeirion.com!! I emailed the website on December 26, 2018 to return the items and of course they never responded to me.
